Conjecturing why he uses the word she does, in particular dismissing the use as his " … think[ing] big words make him sound intelligent …" that requires mind reading.

Gas is going up! Speculators(?) Green effect=increase cost,decrease usage, decrease CO2emission & help the ozone. ??? We are exporting oil! Is buying others oil, cheaper than using our own(?) OR we sell ours at a higher price, which profit goes into the treasury. (?). We’ll deal! Gotta go

But the claim at issue was not expressed as an opinion. And if it were an opinion, its foundation involved facts that could only be known by reading Will’s mind. The mind-reading habit is not a meritorious one.
