I don’t know what that means. I remember reading Lily saying on CAF that she is an independent. But I am a Democrat between the 2 parties and because my state has closed primaries. I want Cruz or Trump to be the nominee.
Riiiiggghttt. Whenever has anything good come out of New York in the past 10 years? As a New Yorker, I am deeply disappointed in my state [for going with Trump (as opposed to Cruz)]. My home state keeps finding new ways to disappoint me to a whole new level.
If you’re a Cruz supporter, I can see why you’d be disappointed. He didn’t even get one delegate. I wonder if the Kasich voters would have gone with him.

The election process in the general this year will be a huge theatre show. Probably an entertaining one with Trump, but a theatre show nonetheless.

That I do not deny but my humble brain honestly cannot forsee anything but a Clinton presidency at this stage. Something truly earth - shaking would have to occur IMHO to change the outcome.
Trump’s supporters are just people who don’t want a Washington insider as president. If Trump doesn’t get the nomination, they probably won’t vote for anyone.

You might be right. But earth shaking things could happen. Possibly the biggest one, potentially, is the public gaining knowledge of how corrupt she really is. If she’ll facilitate the sale of America’s largest supplier of uranium to Russia (meaning to Iran as well) for big money paid to Bill Clinton, she’ll sell anything. I doubt the country can afford her, because money paid for corruption costs the public many times what the recipient gets.
One thing Trump probably has, if he does become the Republican nominee, is money to spend in a General Election. Possibility even more than the Democrats will spend. And all the free publicity he gets from the media may well continue into the General Election.
Sanders greatly outspent Hillary in New York, and yet she won almost 60/40. Don’t think Trump can buy the presidency.
