Hi queenofheartscv. I wasnāt going to respond to your post, but I have to confess that this really tickled me.Instead of saying once and for all he never has been unfaithful to his wife, cruz has chosen to not āfocus on the election,ā
In an open letter to voters supporting Donald Trump in the Republican presidential primary, the former communications director of Trumpās now-defunct Super PAC said that the former reality television star not only never expected to be the Republican nominee, much less president, but never even wanted to be.
I was using super Luigis words and addressing his point.Hi queenofheartscv. I wasnāt going to respond to your post, but I have to confess that this really tickled me.
As you say, instead of saying that he hasnāt been unfaithful to his wife, cruz has chosen to not focus on the election![]()
This girl worked for a super pac which was altogether rejected and denounced by trump. He wanted no super pac.
Thanks, queenofheartscv.I was using super Luigis words and addressing his point.
I donāt like nor support Trump, but the fascist behavior of the left should frighten all who claim to be American and support freedom.Already an attempt to shutdown Trumpās rally today in Janesville gazettextra.com/20160328/protesters_arrested_after_occupying_janesville_holiday_inn

I have a feeling this wouldnāt be nearly as a big a story as it is, if so many Trump promoters hadnāt gone after Fields and Shapiro as āliarsā.
Good thing they didnāt stop it. Iām dying to know the latest gossip about Cruzās wife.Already an attempt to shutdown Trumpās rally today in Janesville gazettextra.com/20160328/protesters_arrested_after_occupying_janesville_holiday_inn
Just wow. Fields lied about being yanked and almost falling to the ground, but of course itās the fault of trump promoters overreacting. Never mind the media peddling fields lies for days.I have a feeling this wouldnāt be nearly as a big a story as it is, if so many Trump promoters hadnāt gone after Fields and Shapiro as āliarsā.

I managed to set aside 17 minutes earlier today. I think itās a very good interview.Hereās an interview with Trump with Charlie Sykes on radio in Wisconsin. Itās rather long at seventeen minutes.

Top Trump Boosters: Trump āMentalā and āUtterly Stupidā for Attacking Heidi Cruz
On Monday, Newt Gingrich called Donald Trumpās notorious retweet insulting Heidi Cruzās appearance āutterly stupid,ā and talked about how āone of the dumbest weeks in presidential politics that I can rememberā distracts people from Hillary Clintonās scandals.
āIt has frankly weakened everything that Trump ought to be strengthening. It sent a signal to women that is negative at a time when his numbers with women are already bad. It sent a signal of instability to people who are beginning to say, okay, maybe Iāve got to get used to it, maybe Iāve got to rely on him, maybe he could be presidential.ā
He went on to say that the comment really has hurt Trump, energized Ted Cruz, and no one on the Trump campaign understands it.
The Daily Callerās Jamie Weinstein reports:
A staunch and vociferous supporter of Trumpās presidential candidacy, Ann Coulter admitted she was disturbed by Trumpās retweet of a picture suggesting Ted Cruzās wife is ugly, or at least not as beautiful his wife Melania, a former model.
āOur candidate is mental. Do you realize our candidate is mental?ā Coulter said. āItās like constantly having to bail out your 16 year old son from prison.ā
weeklystandard.com/top-trump-boosters-trump-mental-and-utterly-stupid-for-attacking-heidi-cruz/article/2001737Coulter went so far as to say, āThis is the worst thing heās done.ā
I said it was my guess. Calm down. You are guessing trumpās suing her?
You are saying that like itās a fact, and then Lily picks up on your pseudo fact and takes it further, claiming it shows how business practices donāt translate into politics, all the while when we donāt even know if Trump has sued her. In fact I did a search there is no indication whatsoever Trump has sued her.
See how lies are being created here?
We could also toss in Nazis, the inquisition and the destruction of Sodom to describe something as ābadā, all of which have as much to do with liberal Americans as does the āReign of Terrorā. It helps when trying to learn from history that we actually have some commonalities with current events.Fascism is always troubling.
That is, in part, why I donāt apply the term fascism very readily.
A person in the public eye by choice (politicians, actors, Kardashians etc) have a higher time proving defamation.Instead of saying once and for all he never has been unfaithful to his wife, cruz has chosen to not āfocus on the election,ā but focus on framing trump as being involved in writing the story.
Cruz cannot say this simple sentence: no I have not cheated on my wife.
Maybe thatās why he canāt sue.

Public figures have a more difficult time proving defamation. Politicians or celebrities are understood to take some risk in being before the public eye and many of them profit by their public persona. A celebrity must prove that the party defaming them knew the statements were false, made them with actual malice, or was negligent in saying or writing them. Proving these elements can be an uphill battle. However, an outrageously inaccurate statement thatās harmful to oneās career can be grounds for a successful defamation suit, even if the subject is famous. For example, some celebrities have won suits against tabloids for false statements regarding their ability to work, such as an inaccurate statement that the star had a drinking problem.
It would be one thing if say the New York Times ran a story like this. Not too many people believe that National Enquirer to be accurate journalism. So Cruz might not to waste time and energy and money on pursuing this case.Read more: injury-law.freeadvice.com/injury-law/libel_and_slander/libel-suits-public-figures.htm#ixzz44JQ7Ckvf
