If the states find a way around the Hyde Amendment I can only see a rise in the abortion rates. Illinois has already increased its abortion rate four times by funding abortions directly.
If I decide to vote it will be because I believe in the candidate I am voting for. I will never vote just to prevent someone else from winning. But that’s just me. And I’m still waiting for a good reason to vote.I don’t believe Trump is Evil. I didn’t call Hillary evil either. I said the alternative. Trump has done a lot of good for our country. And IMHO, much more than Hillary would have done at this stage. Not voting could have given her a bigger chance at winning.
Catholic teaching requires it. That’s your good reason.qui_est_ce:![]()

Not the way to do it as I’ve often stated. She could have used an alias or imbedded secret code such as “adoptions.” I don’t buy your simplistic argument. But she set up her home server explicitly to avoid legal oversight on her communications.
Nope, everything on the email server used for official govt business would have been considered govt property. None of the emails should have been deleted. Some were.
That is different than everything.everything on the email server used for official govt business
No, but Obama mismanaged the Iraq war with that troop withdrawal and as a result, thousands of Christians died. The war started under Bush, blame him too for not taking care of Christians, Chaldeans, many who live in Michigan.I think that’s move number 1…Revert the conversation to Obama. At least he didn’t have the scandals Trumps had except for the one Trump started…birther.
No argument.I was not aware that Hillary Clinton started the birther myth, but I take your word for it. However, I think you must admit that Trump fueled it and kept it alive for an extended period of time.
I don’t even know if we have a right to see these tax returns as a matter of privacy, NYT has copies, I’m not sure how they got it.No argument.
She did not. It was started by his political opponents in Illinois. To be fair, some people in Hillary’s campaign did pick up on it and at least flirted with it, but it was started long before then. As you point out, Trump was the largest proponent of the myth, even claiming at one point that his investigators had found proof - which of course never materialized because it was not true.I was not aware that Hillary Clinton started the birther myth,
IF Trump was the largest proponent of the story, maybe it is because he was the best known person who spoke about it.She did not. It was started by his political opponents in Illinois. Only if you were already inclined to vote for him. If you had been completely neutral, not entirely implausible since Hillary and Donald had been good friends, then your vote would have given undue advantage to that candidate. Just sayin’Not voting could have given her a bigger chance at winning.
I am not one to normally defend Trump, but the birther thing was going on before Trump jumped on the bandwagon. He did become it’s most public face, but it was going on during the 2008 electoral cycle. At least he didn’t have the scandals Trumps had except for the one Trump started…birther.
Not a fan of O at all, but what is wrong with him withdrawing troops from a war that was illegally started in the first place? It seems to me that per his oath of office, he was required to do so.Obama withdrew troops from Iraq against all military advice, Trump was close to doing the same in Northern Syria as well and I was strongly disagreeing with that. Thank goodness, we stayed.
Plenty is wrong. Not a fan of O at all, but what is wrong with him withdrawing troops from a war that was illegally started in the first place? It seems to me that per his oath of office, he was required to do so.
Bush was a war criminal.
Exactly my point. Also, if one is going to start throwing terms like “war criminal” around, then, I think we can call a lot of our presidents that.
