Biden can’t imagine how lowering taxes could increase the tax base. Just can’t wrap his head around it. Simple really.

emotionally, maybe biden… but I think Ryan’s arguments are more precise and clear… Biden seems to be on defense

Exactly! Biden doesn’t seem interested in having a serious debate, but in interrupting Ryan every time he starts making a point.
