I’ve always found predictions like this odd. Does this statement mean that who ever is president, that is whose America it is? If so, could not one also say “ this is what happens in Trump’s America”?
 
Look I have provided two sources, one of which includes video evidence. If you don’t want to acknowledge reality, that is your problem.

I should say that Joe Biden will encourage this behavior while Trump would be willing to step in today if Philadelphia wanted help. When this happens in cities where they do want help, Joe Biden will not step in to help.
 
Why won’t they report on the Biden scandal? It is because they are fake news.
