What ads are you seeing on CAF?

I’m a bit bothered by the square toilet! 🤣🤣🤣

And I refuse to waster a perfectly good soda pop on my toilet! 😱

A little-known secret about myself: Once upon a time in an advertisement, the image of my noticeably male hands was attached to a woman! I got suckered into posing my hands on a computer keyboard for a photo shoot of a new product. The ad agency managed to airbrush the hair away, but there was nothing they could do about the size of my hands. To make them fit the female model, they had to scale down my hands, and the keyboard and desktop computer. The result was what looked like an attractive woman using a tiny keyboard and computer. 🤣

I’m never doing that again. 😒

Unfortunately, a while ago I got an ad for underwear, which was pretty bad. I was kind of concerned for any men who might have seen it, if they have issues with temptation in that area. I took a screen shot and was going to pass it along to a moderator, but didn’t because I figured they probably don’t have anything to do with that side of the business.

hmm, and i’ve bought plenty fromn digi-kiey over the decades, including many of the parts for my first computer in the 70s . . . back when “i built my computer” meant connecting chips and components (i used wire wrap) , not plugging in boards . .

I considered reporting that too, but who would care.
Today, its John Deer auto-steer, computer acronyms I don’t follow, build your own HUGE diamond rings, and more women’s clothing.
I’m 6’ tall, and 200lbs, shaved head, and would not look good in a dress. What kind of algorithm are they using here?

A very inaccurate one, apparently 😂 I wish I was 6’. I’m 4’10". I can’t even get stuff out of the top of my kitchen cabinets. 😂
 
I used to work with a young lady that was also 4’10”. There is nothing wrong with being petite. I have to admit she was adorable, and had a great, fun attitude.
(Life-long celibate but appreciate all types of beauty.)
As for the ad: Ok everyone, “custody if the eyes!” Uh huh sure, quit putting it on my screen already. 🙂

“Custody of the eyes”! I haven’t heard that term said since my Catholic grade school days. Used back then by the nuns to remind students to keep your eyes on your own work especially during tests. Later I realized full meaning to that practice. When I worked in a doctor’s office many of my co-workers were Baptists or Evangelicals. Once I had to explain what I meant by that phrase. They understood the concept but had never heard it called that. It’s the main reason I avoid questionable media. You can’t erase what has been seen. Maybe that’s why I have “selective viewing” as it comes to the ads on CAF. The nuns taught me too well! 🙈

I made the mistake of clicking on the link you posted to the wig ad. Now I’m getting them!

I even got two at a time. I didn’t even know that ads on CAF could do that.
