That explains it. Yeah London, particularly if you choose to actually live in or near the square mile, is ridiculously expensive considering what you get here.

These are the things we all see from islam and muslims. Yes, I agree NOT all muslims are terrorists and extremists, but for current events for many years now, they all have been islamic muslims.

These sort of videos are throughout you tube, live leak, google videos etc… they are filled with hate for all of us (the unbeliever) and 1000’s of muslims along with their children hear these hatred filled sermons and actions.

When was the last you all went to church or the synagogue and you heard your rabbi or your pastor/father/decon of your church speak like this… 🤷

My guess would be never!

It’s unfortunate that this is happening today in so many mosques through out the world.

I found LDN as a whole ridiculously expensive.

I was single; footloose and fancy free. With my CA in hand.

Don’t get me wrong, I love LDN and would move back there in a shot, if I could afford to.

back on topic though, whats the problem with the muslims in LDN though?

They seem a lot more militant than the ones we have over here.

Maybe thats a cultural thing?

Are south asians more aggressive than the arabs?

my wife is south asian, not very aggressive though.

Its the sikhs that are more aggressive over here, especially in vancouver.

Ever ready to pull out a kirpan at the slightest provocation.

The muslims are a more docile bunch, especially the ones from India, the pakistanis are a bit rougher.

Most Muslims are not terrorists. And it is not true that ‘‘for many years now all terrorists have been Muslim’’, tell that to Sri Lanka, or India, with their Hindu and Sikh separatists respectively.

Showing me youtube videos is pointless, they have no bearing on me, I believe the third stated that ‘‘81% of young British Muslims regard themselves as Muslim first and British second’’.

Know what I say?

Good on 'em! Here is my break down.

Catholic first.

Teacher/friend/son/brother second.

Irish (ethnically and by citizenship) third

Way down the list, somewhere after ‘‘Action movie officionado’’ do I count myself as British.

The majority of British Muslims are decent people. They work damn hard to make a life for their families and put up with a lot of racism from ignorant cowards. Those videos may show some Muslims, they don’t show them all. Besides, I noticed a slight colonial twang in some of their accents.

There isn’t a problem with Muslims. The problem is with teenagers, simple as.

Yes, we know that there are those who are anti-catholic, extremely so in some cases, but their rational/sentiments is completely unsupported. Prove to me, that Catholics are naturally inclined to fascism or that we are controlled by our clergy, using our holy book and T/traditions. Give us evidence (relevant to present day Catholics) of how Catholics are fascists, and I’ll listen. I do not think Chrisse, Charlotte, R_not and Appleby are instigating hate towards Muslims, they are however, more than likely, mistrustful of them. That may be a valid response considering terrorist attacks by Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Qaieda, the Muslim Brotherhood, the threat of Iran and Saudi Arabia (filtering money to Mosques throughout the World for the promulgation of Wahhabism) et al. And what pray tell is behind all these terrorist attacks, you got it, the Koran. The question we have to ask ourselves is what can we do to help these poor beknignted people, are we evangelizing them as the good Lord asked us to.

I understand your dilemma in that you do not wish to think evil of anyone, but again I do not think that anyone posting on these threads thinks all Muslims are evil, it boils down to the Koran. And again, not to sound repetitive, but what is stated in the Koran is extremely contrary to the message of Christ.

I pray to our Lady of Gaudelupe for her intercession, I know in my heart she will help us.

Alright then let me rephrase, they are not saying all Muslims are dangerous, better. I can however understand their mistrust, again it boils down to the Koran. And since when did I say I didn’t agree with what’s happening in the U.K. as per your example in Northern Ireland. Read my response, it’s in the first line. Guys I think there was a misunderstanding again, when I said “Prove to me . . .etc.,” I didn’t mean you guys (Jharek and Peter) had to prove anything, I meant I would tell those who were anti-catholic to prove to me why they believed what they believe.
And I would ask them for relevant sources, like our Holy Book and T/traditions, as well as present day Catholics who act fascist, as a means to support their suppositions.

At least, R_not backs what she says by using the Koran and other sources to back her statements.

Not really. Because that is what was said. That Muslims are dangerous. Not ‘‘some’’ Muslims, not ‘‘a few Muslims’’, not ‘‘criminally insane Muslims’’, just Muslims, and by that all Muslims were included.
 
Nothing wrong with the Quran per se.

I have read it.

Its no better or worse than the Bible when it comes to violence.

Its the interpretation of the Quran thats a problem.

That is why I am choosing catholicism amongst all the Christianities.

Only the RC/Orthodox Churches seem to get interpretation of the Bible right.
 
Hmm…I admire nothing in particular,
perhaps those who try doing the best they can is good.

But the infiltrating “Sahabi” of Islam should deserve no respect,
Just as the Heretics in my church shouldn’t.

You may say that Catholics would allow the Heretics to live,
And wouldn’t allow the “Sahabi”
But no that is unless the Heretics were murdering,
which they so are, unfortunately by abortion.
And we can’t stop them I’m afraid my fellow earth members,
because of our Socialist government.

Actually come to think of it, there are tonnes of Brits in Canada these days.

I wasnt aware that the RC or the Orthodox Churches wrote Christian Scripture.

I thought it was written by a bunch of jews in the 1st century.
