What names should you not name a Catholic boy?

Yeah, that’s true, but I think the movie Omen kind of kills the name.

One stupid movie from what, 20 or 30 years ago can’t ruin a good saint’s name.

Everybody’s already forgotten about the Omen. I know guys named Damian. I think Bob Marley has a son named Damian and there’s a Batman character named Damian too.

However, I think “Willard” as a name was killed by that rat movie forever.

Martin, Luther, Calvin, Damien, Chick, Judas, Sue (I’m a Johnny Cash fan)

Bing Crosby regarding a young boy named Luther: “Luther?” How’d he get in here???

Bwaaahaaahaaa!

“Sue” would be a bad name, even in today’s society.

Once worked for man named Shirley - no, not Leslie Nielsen!

When my older brother was a seminarian many years ago, one of his classmates came from a small Hispanic and very devoutly Catholic town, in which virtually every boy was named Joseph and every girl was named Mary. They all went by their middle names.

As for naming boys, I never see boys named Jim anymore, so we could use a few more.

Lot of people against Damian here - it’s actually quite popular in Poland. I know a few Damians.

Boys with name starting with. M
Rom personal experience,
They are a hanfull

You’ve been warned. Names are powerful things not to be taken lightly. My eyes have been opened wide in this past year or so in this regard. I’ve written enough on this. It’s on you if you heed not the advice.
