When I look at all these flowers , or only look at one of them , so intricate , so delicate , so beautiful , so bountiful , so amazing… I can only think " WOW !!! "

Happy Alien Flower , Calceolaria uniflora was discovered by Charles Darwin during his expedition around South America and is sometimes called Darwin’s Slipper Flower .

No doubt it is @Greenfields , and no doubt filled with foreign muck . 😉

I don’t know if I posted this already but this flower reminds me of my grandmother. She had this flower growing in her backyard. She had an all white garden, with jasmine, gardenias, white roses, and honeysuckle perfuming the morning air. At night, the moonflowers, night blooming jasmine and mock orange flowers released their perfume. All the flowers also glowed in the light of the full moon.

Next to the back door at my mom’s house is a Japanese Mock Orange. The little pale yellow flowers are very fragrant and if you look close you’ll see the bees love them.(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)
