You mean, “Of course not.” Not every member of the Church will be saved.
That’s what HE said very clearly in John 15:5-6:
I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing.
Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither**; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned**.
The only part of the church that is invisible is that part which has left this world.
The Church Militant (here on earth) cannot be invisible. You know why?
Because JESUS said so (Matt. 5:14-16)
Matt. 5:14-16** CLEARLY** says:
You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden.
**Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where it gives light to all in the house. **
Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.
Jesus uses the words “cannot” and “must shine” to make his point that the church CANNOT be invisible.
There’s your Scriptural proof. Not everyone that goes to church is saved; but everyone that is part of the Body of Christ is surely saved.
Do you know which ones of the church are going to Heaven and which ones are not? If you don’t know, then the real church is invisible.
