where is the historical church founded by Jesus Christ?

I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing.

The only part of the church that is invisible is that part which has left this world.
The Church Militant (here on earth) cannot be invisible. You know why?
Because JESUS said so (Matt. 5:14-16)

Matt. 5:14-16** CLEARLY** says:
You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden.
**Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where it gives light to all in the house. **
Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.

Jesus uses the words “cannot” and “must shine” to make his point that the church CANNOT be invisible.
There’s your Scriptural proof.​

Not everyone that goes to church is saved; but everyone that is part of the Body of Christ is surely saved.​

Do you know which ones of the church are going to Heaven and which ones are not? If you don’t know, then the real church is invisible.

WRONG.
READ the Scriptures I provided. Some of the branches of the Vine will be CUT OFF and BURNED. if they do not remain in him.
To be cut off from the Vine (Jesus) and to be warned that you must remain in him - you must be PART of the Vine in the first place.

NOPE - neither do you.
We cannot judge a person’s soul - but this doesn’t lend any creedence to your “invisible church” theory.
The Church is a visible entity - Jesus said it MUST be visible, as I already proved with the verses I provided in my last post.
 
if their was not supposed to be an organized church then why did the apostles run all over the country setting up church after church and why did these churches have to answer to people like St. Peter to work out problems within the not supposed to exist organized church. Just dont see how people who claim to follow the bible so intentlly can just throw out the parts they dont like, kind of like Luther the great reformer. My Brain Bleeds along with my Heart!!!🤷

Jesus identified himself with the Church in Acts 9:4-5. To say that the Church itself was corrupt is to blaspheme against Jesus, which you just have.

The Church is the Body of Christ. Protestants - ALL Protestants are divorced from the Church - the Body of Christ.

Luke 22:31-32

Why didn’t Jesus pray for them all? Why just Peter? Let’s move on.

John 21:15-17
When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” He said to him, "Feed my lambs."
He then said to him a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” He said to him, "Tend my sheep."
He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was distressed that he had said to him a third time, “Do you love me?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” (Jesus) said to him, "Feed my sheep."

Jesus told Peter to feed his lambs, to tend his sheep. He said this to NOBODY else.

Finally - show me historical evidence of this so-called faithful "remnant" you speak of.

yes but there was no more visible connection between those Catholics than there is between me and you.

Where they** err is in thinking that the Holy Spirit failed and Jesus lied because the gates of Hell prevailed against the Church - until the Protestant Revolt got it right some 1500 years later.

If these Protestant theologians accept the Catholic Church for the first 3 centuries - then they MUST accept the well-established Apostolic Succession that took place during this tim. Irenaeus listed the Popes for the first 2 centuries in his treatise Against Heresies.

If they reject the Church after this time - then the words of Jesus should haunt them - and you:

Luke 10:16
"Whoever listens to you listens to me. Whoever rejects you rejects me. And whoever rejects me rejects the one who sent me."
Matt. 7:21
“Not everyone who says to me, “Lord, Lord” shall enter the kingdom of heaven."

your colored highlights make your post almost impossible to read in a quote! first, I never said the Catholic church was not founded by Christ It most certainly was! after that you have a few straw men and a couple of baseless assertions. notice the Bible does not define what gates of hell prevailing means. I dont agree at all that it means one part of Christs church would fall into some errors. if that were the case then by the time the book of revelation was written the gates of hell had prevailed because a couple of the 7 churches were in pretty bad shape.

The notion that if God didnt do things the way you think He did then Jesus lied is fallacious.
there were Jews that thought they understood what God meant in the old testament, they could say if Jesus was the messiah and He didnt free the Jews then God lied.

quoting you is almost impossible! this verse is speaking to individual people in teaching them how to live. No one is claiming that Christians are invisible.

All Scripture IS for all believers - AND non-believers.
BUT - the Church is only made up of Catholics.
