Where to buy candles for the Three Days of Darkness?

I would not credit any site that supports Bayside as they are not approved.

Yes, exactly. The Bayside site promotes the letter you mentioned which is yet another red flag for me.

All of your sources come up “problem loading page”. My main point is that Padre Pio was quite famous and well documented, so for me personally, I would expect more sources published in his lifetime.

I’m not a big end-times worrier and certainly not, like some tv evangelists, hoping that I live to see chastisements, tribulations, etc. Count me out! 🙂

A blessed candle just might mean a heart that is a light with the light of God, not actual specific candles that you need to purchase. What I’m trying to say is the prophecy could be read in a manner that is a lot more simpler, just as Jesus used parables/metaphor to help the hearer understand. Also, Holy Scripture retorts us not to despise prophecy-1 Thessalonians 5:20 . From what i’ve learned, that means what has been revealed to us in Scripture, but it also can mean that which other Christians have to say or warn or teach. We should take that into consideration before dismissing anything.

If I do remember correctly, the woman who gave this prophecy is declared Blessed by the Holy See. Also, there are many others who didn’t know each other at all, but declared the same thing as something that will happen.

Does this mean only 100% beewax candles will even light up during the three days? 😦
 
Well Divine Justice exists. Doesn’t it. Plus no 3 year old who dies goes to hell but straight to Paradise.

Ya got me, but I am keeping some on hand. I think to many have an idea of God as an absent parent who doesn’t discipline His children. Scripture and Tradition prove otherwise. God does chastise us and the condition of the world today…we need a good chastisement.
Again, it is private revelation, no one is inclined to believe it. I didn’ until a priest opened my eyes to the Catholic world of seers, sages, prophets, ect. Very interesting stuff, though one must be VERY careful in what you read and believe.

Furthermore, that website says “fire will rain from the sky” and tells people to stay indoors in their houses. How is my house not going to burn from the raining fire? And about these gases, how is covering my house’s vents with adhesive tape going to keep out the seeping gases. My house can’t even keep out cold air and spiders. Oooh, will this three days of darkness kill all the spiders with its noxious gases?

Not really. Someone will have to do all that paperwork and investigations for those “sudden death” from people dropping like flies from the three days of darkness.

Yes, that’s why I don’t believe in all the embellishments that some sites have added to Taigi’s original, short prophecy. Basically, all she said–protection wise–is stay indoors, cover your windows and don’t look outside.

If the fire is sent by God, I guess He can send it anywhere He wants. 🙂

I think the 3 days is possible, simply because God has done similar things before, but I’m not going to fret about it.

…and to pray the Rosary. I’m not sure about this, but like I said, my own parish Priest felt the Taigi prophecy was legit enough to write of it in the bulletin and to quote her directly. All hype aside, I can’t ignore that. Samson

Agree! Since I think it’s possible, I have a blessed candle and I decided if I ever think it’s actually happening, I will run to my bedroom which has a crucifix, holy water font and my religious medals/jewelry…and an attached bathroom. 🙂

I most likely will get “zapped” early on, lol… Really though, don’t think things like that will happen in my life time. Too much has to unfold before per Rev. But things are happening fast these days. Samson
 
If you search scripture for “three days” you will get multiple hits. One that stands out the most to me is the “sign of Jonah”. Three days and nights in the belly of the whale. Just a thought. Samson
 
A Two Day Period of Darkness would fall 37 to 40 days before the Three Days of Darkness.

Any thoughts…apparently this is part of the package aswell…? Has anyone heard about this?
