The episodes were supposed to be the equivalent of Half-Life 3 broken down into smaller portions so we didn’t have to wait as long in between games. That obviously didn’t work though…
According to the Valve News Network, Half-Life 3 hasn’t been released because Valve doesn’t have anything as groundbreaking as advanced A.I. or a physics engine to build it around yet.

I’ve heard that Half-Life 3 hasn’t been released yet because Gordon Freeman’s voice actor died.

I just never could get into Half-Life 2. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. 🙂 The story was presented so poorly and disjointed that I just had no interest in completing it. They went with a unique approach for telling the story and it just didn’t work for me.

Anyone played LA Noire? Or Red Dead Redemption?
I’ve played LA Noire. Ah, what better way to protect and serve by driving recklessly, getting in fist fights, and completely disregarding the 4th Amendment! 😃

I got a Steam gift card for Christmas and went hog-wild. Currently having too much fun with Age of Empires II (fulfilling my arguably unhealthy Crusader fantasies :knight1: ) Also got Half-Life 1, the original Wolfenstein 3D, and Undertale.

Also, I am thoroughly impressed by Fallout 4. FO3 was my favorite game of all time, and that may be succeeded.

I LOVE Fallout. I’ve been playing Fallout 3 for years, and when I come home from college (most weekends) I play Fallout 4 (I only have a 360 at college :P). Definitely one of my favorite games. I’m not very good at it, though. I can’t find any good armor mods and I’m not great at picking perks.

My first game that I clearly remember playing was Super Mario 64, followed closely by the Jurasic Park game on the Sega Genesis. My favorite PC game is Drakan Order of the Flame, and my fav on the PS2 is Fatal Frame Crimson Butterfly. I recently started playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO), and hope to get Garry’s Mod (Mostly cause of prop hunt which is a hide and seek style game where one side plays the props, who can turn into objects, and the other side who are the hunters that shoot the props when found).

I should also mention that I am a girl gamer, so you know I do have problems when that gets found out, I don’t know why guys freak out when they find out. I’ve taken to using usernames that disguise my gender or imply I’m a guy (on Steam and the games on Steam I am The_Refined_Bulbasir)

I think it’s that the game industry is mostly catered towards guys, and its consistently objectifying depictions of women unfortunately makes that clear.

And my Steam account is khanivore5. Haven’t played any multiplayer games outside of Orion: Prelude though.

Because girl gamers disrupt the comfort zone of greasy, neckbearded thirty-somethings who don’t want the end of metal bikinis 😃 . You probably find that even more on Steam, since that’s the abode of the “PC Master Race” (where games like* The Witcher *make *Game of Thrones *look family-friendly).

Recently rediscovered Star Wars: Empire at War. Managed to fulfill my dream of erasing the legacy of the prequel trilogy by destroying Naboo with the Death Star.😃

I think it would be safe to say that one of the few RPGs that dress female characters modestly would be the Mount and Blade series.
