I generally play during lunch at work (I love my switch), and then my wife and I spend time playing after our son is in bed. She’s repalying Breath of the Wild. I’m playing Fire Emblem: Three Houses.i’m not (yet) a parent, but i has many things i wanna do… i think you just need to manage your time and scheduling your activities so you find time for play games…
I am a parent with a full time job. I just tend to make time at the end of the day after my kid’s in bed. I also have a pretty solid rule of not bringing work home when I can help it. So much so that, rather than miss my family time in the evening, I am coming into work two hours early until my current deadline passes. Are any of you parents with full time jobs? I’ve found almost zero free time to play video games and I’m wondering how to find a balance to do it more. I miss having some video game time…
Okay, I backed Yooka Laylee on Kickstarter and have the game, but haven’t actually played it. You are reminding me that I need to circle back to it. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: I always loved Banjo-Kazooie.So I decided to finally try out Yooka Laylee despite the…mixed…reception it got. With that said, please send help! I’m addicted to this game!
I’ve been meaning to get around to playing that game. I absolutely loved Papers Please and have enjoyed some of Lucas Pope’s other games like The Republia Times. Definitely someone whose games I want to at least try out.I’m also finally getting around to playing Return of the Obra Dinn, which is super cool.
I have developed a lot in my faith since I started playing, but I still play D&D. Or, I would if I could get a campaign going and find a DM. It’s a game, like the Elder Scrolls series, and it has fantasy elements in it that you play the part of. I know full well none of that stuff is real, and I tend to avoid characters that are anything lower than neutral-neutral. It’s just another form of entertainment, like reading a story.Anyone who played DbD certainly know what I’m talking about.
I picked up the complete collection of the Lord of Rings tabletop RPG from Humble Bundle about a year ago. I’ve been dying to give it a go, but no one I know is that interested.
