I agree with this. Adding, I also believe strongly in trade schools and technical schools. I have been in and around construction for most of my life and a useful trade and the school of hard knocks will make for the well off contractor/subcontractor. Not just anyone can pick up a set of drawings and build something.
I am all in favor of everyone that is a US citizen having the right to 4 years of college education at tax payor’s expense. If at the end of 4 years you have the grades and the placement tests, maybe go to medical or dental school. However, if you want to be a lawyer you have to pay
