I don’t feel any superiority, I clearly haven’t made up my mind, hence this post, hence the OP, hence the numerous times I have said I have not made up my mind, including the post you quoted from.

I don’t think I have been bickering, aside from reporting R_Not’s atrocious post about a week back and my constant refutations of individuals claiming I am lying about my past I feel I’ve been fairly amicable.

atrociou post is something that muslims don’t like to hear. I will always post the truth, and muslims will always get upset over them.

No bouts with you regarding that. Part of our duty is saving souls too, yet in his youthful arrogance, he foists what he thinks he knows on us rather than ask honest questions I’m sure most of us would give a hoot to answer to the best of our ability.

How can you both claim to be ignorant, and yet come off as so sure of yourself, OP? Get off the fence and make up your mind already.

And be civil. The less civil you are even on an online discussion group like this, the more I’m inclined to think that you’re probably just one more “Catholic”… impostor, that is. And this isn’t the first time I’ve come across people like that, mind you.

I don’t like to hear myself talk as you have claimed, in fact I hate hearing myself talk. I’m not very articulate, clearly, I often sound confused and rambling, I try to use precise language and a great deal of examples for clarity. I don’t know what I have done offend you, I know why R_Not doesn’t like me, however I don’t understand the vitriol that has been leveled against me since I have come here.

I came on an internet board and began a personal discussion on internal struggles within my religious belief. I am not a personable individual, I have a great many friends and, when in person, people generally like me, however I do not discuss personal difficulties I am having often. Why this has led to you and a few other key individuals to lead a campaign of character assignation against me I do not know. This is very personally relevant to me, and I really don’t appreciate your snide attacks.

I’m actually having conversations with a few plesent people here, why you feel the need to shut this down I don’t know, I would appreciate it if you would either stick to substance, advise, or just go away.

wht, why not start a thread in apologetics about Trinity and Jesus’ divinity? you will get much more responses since people often dismiss too long threads and we will discuss the OT and NT about the Father, Wisdom/Logos and Spirit.

That is a good idea however this thread was temporarily moved to the Apologetics section, I don’t know why it was sent back to Non-Catholic Religions.

nice try - but you are wrong. I don’t care either way about you. I find that your name calling is not going to make you friends - but I, myself, know I am on the right track when muslims do that.

If you really have a problem with your leaning towards islam you would find out the truth. Go to the base teachings. Look at the current history of each - and what is going on in muslim lands and where they are gaining in numbers is not pretty. The violence against non-muslims increases proportionatly.

And to keep saying it is the poor, or uneducated, is not doing one’s homework. We see University professors, doctors, women with babies, lawyers, University students, etc - trying to kill, and sometimes succeeding in killing non-muslims.

Mr. Spencer’s website has the best of current events that I know of - I am sure there are others. And while that goes on - muslims here are only worrying about their image, infiltrating our institutions (eg: the MSA, etc) and basically practicing ‘turnspeak’. I read the koran and hadiths and I can tell you that there is nothing in those readings that would convert me. I would say that Abu Sayaff had it right about islam when he said it was the only religion that made it possible for him to get to heaven. He was a murdering psychopath.

This is the truth that many muslims don’t like to hear. And you think I pick on you. No, I don’t pick on you. But, your calling others names such as ‘jack@$$’ (I am misspelling that on purpose) is what you are blaming others of doing - attacking. It is totally uncalled for.

I didn’t make a personal attack on you. I attacked muslims for doing nothing about the violence that islam perpetrates worldwide. They do nothing. But, they certainly know how to riot and kill and destroy churches over a cartoon!

Anyway - what are your claims? I missed that. Maybe you can state them more clearly for us.

I was not talking about you, I was referring to Cat’s and Dogs, who has attacked me personally, and you did not attack apathy in the Muslim world towards violence, but claimed all Muslims were terrorists.

Like I said in the previous post of mine - no riots, no outrage from the masses of ‘moderates’, nothing - but they certainly know how to riot, kill and destroy over a cartoon. In fact they are still doing it and also over a movie. This past week, they bombed the Danish embassy and killed 6 who had absolutely nothing to do with the movie, Fitna.

but, this goes back to the thinking - no infidel is an innocent. Do you need to see my list of muslim definitions of words that are different than our infidel definitions? I will repost. And innocent is in that list. That is why when any of those muslims said after 9/11 ‘islam does not believe that innocents should be killed or in suicide’ was an outright lie.

They certainly do think suicide is ok - if they try, and better yet - succeed, in killing innocent - infidels. They are called martyrs in islam. And they did what mohammed commanded them to do - jihad.

And jihad has many tactics - one is taqiyya/kithman - or deception. I don’t know about you - but how can you trust after knowing that?! It is like one teaches their child why they should not lie - they won’t be trusted. mohammed sanctioned lying - it is all in the koran.

simply because lying is sanctioned doesn’t mean that ALL Muslims are secret terrorists.

You’re statement is indefeasible, both intellectually and morally, either you know that, or there is no point carrying on this conversation.
