It seems as if the omniscience of G-d is constrained within the parameters of the will and purpose of man.A few questions: How can eternal pain and torment be better than non-existence? Is there an official Church position regarding what hell means? I know that question has been asked before, and probably by me. I understand now why Judaism does not speculate about heaven or hell, especially the latter. Finally, how did this thread digress so much from the question of the OP (myself)?
"The lamp of the LORD searches the spirit of man; it searches out his inmost being." (Proverbs 20:27)
"This only have I found: G-d made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes". (Eccles.7:29).
