You’re out of line buster.
You’re definitely not behaving in a manner befitting a Catholic. Go meditate on how Jesus would behave.

What exactly do you know about mental illness?I don’t care what he was dealing with but anyone who kills themselves when they are leaving behind children are despicable.
Too late for thatPlease watch what you say.
Just stop it. Money doesn’t buy mental health. Clearly.Having money gives you the opportunity to go to the best therapists and can afford you the best healthcare. He could’ve gotten help, but it looks like he gave up
I am not subject to the VA.The VA doesn’t give you the type of healthcare that Bourdain had access to. And Bourdain didn’t see his friends blown up by roadside bombs. Don’t compare the two
Concerning this entire subject…You have no clue
Apparently you don’t know anything about major depression.I don’t know why we are defending someone who killed themselves and left their little daughter all alone FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE
BECAUSE HE WAS MENTALLY ILL.I don’t know why we are defending someone who killed themselves and left their little daughter all alone FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE
FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE she’ll wonder why her dad didn’t love her enough to stay
Even those who do can fall to depression. It’s a horrible, horrible illness.A person who rejects the Faith doesn’t have all the weapons he could use to fight it.
Not it isn not.stigmatized in today’s society
Ah, the compassion.Boo hoo. He was an adult. He could’ve gotten help
I would disagree. Yes, it is. Very much so, even in 2018.
Then live up to your title of Catholic and Christian.Don’t judge me as if I’m not a catholic. I’m just saying what he did was despicable.
Of course it is. Just look at some of the terrible posts in this thread. Not it isn not.
Start acting appropriately then.Don’t judge me as if I’m not a catholic.
Fraternal correction is acceptable.Didn’t you just post about not judging? Hypocrite
You do realize that the greatest number of veteran suicides are among people who have never deployed or whom have low numbers of deployments, correct? Obviously you don’t, so go look that one up as well. The VA doesn’t give you the type of healthcare that Bourdain had access to. And Bourdain didn’t see his friends blown up by roadside bombs. Don’t compare the two
No, what’s unChristian is your condemnation of an ill man.I have a friend who lost her father to suicide. She blamed herself for years. That’s what this little girl is likely to do because of bourdain’s actions. Sorry if you think me focusing on his little daughter isn’t Christian of me
