We must ask ourselves: what will our children and grandchildren think of us, how will history judge us, what would our ancestors say of us, if we so casually, and without duress, turn aside mankind’s greatest achievement and vote for a thousand years of decline, gloom, and doom. This election will decide, WE will decide, if we wish to live in freedom or tyranny, in sunlight or darkness, in prosperity or poverty.

Nor should we be confused by the Democrat Party to deceive us into believing that their movement is some kind of “people’s” movement — such as “democratic socialism.” Like all such movements, they ultimately rely on the iron fist to control the people not serve them. Hence, Joe Biden’s 110-page Marxist manifesto. Consequently, the Democrat Party’s intention to destroy the Supreme Court by packing it with kindred ideologues; the expansion of the U.S. Senate to create a super-majority, one-party Democrat rule; the elimination of the filibuster rule to crush any opposition to the Democrat Party’s law-making agenda; and, the elimination of the electoral college, in order to prevent millions of Americans outside the big cities and most populated states, from participating in the electoral and governing system, thereby ensuring Democrat Party dominance for decades. In short, the fundamental transformation of America from a constitutional Republic to a Democrat Party leviathan…

How about sitting out an election in which the POTUS says in advance that right after the election is over, he is going in with his lawyers? What kind of person, let alone the President, says something like this? And what kind of person stirs up distrust about voting by mail months before the election and during a pandemic to boot? And what kind of man wants his Attorney General to arrest his political challenger and is still obsessing about Obama and Hillary Clinton? Even a man like Nixon did not contest his loss to JFK even though there may have been serious reason to think there was cheating on the part of the Dems. Of course, there was the Watergate scandal later on. But Trump actually tells everyone what he is planning on doing, and still half the American public approves. In the screaming words of Joe Biden during the Dem primary: “Wake up! Wake up!” It is our very democracy that is being threatened not only by the left, but by the right as well and big time.

I got the impression that some people don’t like his positions on some things. The tweets are only a window into those positions and thoughts. Were they expressed through something other than Twitter I don’t think it would change the reaction. Thus, I don’t think it is his tweets per se.
 
Some of the following will occur if Joe Biden/Kamala Harris become President:
  • the elimination of pro-life doctors and other pro-life businesses, as doctors and their assistants will be forced to participate in abortion, and Christian bakers will be forced to participate in un-Christian-like activity
  • Federal Judges who suppress the right for Christians to live our faith and who invent their own laws from the bench
  • Biden announced that he will pass the Equality Act in his first 100 days, which would force schools to permit boys in girls sports and in girls bathrooms
  • forcing Catholic organizations to hire those who publicly live lives in contradiction of the faith
    reduction in charter school, and severe restrictions on homeschooling
  • eliminate your Blue Cross, Independent Health, and other private health insurance
  • an increase in poverty with unnecessary business regulations
  • both open borders and free healthcare for undocumented immigrants. Clearly, American taxpaying families could not afford to pay for half of the world’s healthcare.
  • eliminate or decrease relevance of 2nd amendment gun rights
  • rationing of healthcare, lower quality, long wait times, shortage of doctors
  • reduced value in your social security check
  • crushing regulations forcing rationing of heat/air conditioning and water, reduction in airplanes and farm animals.
  • increased taxes, as the Biden/AOC/Harris “Green New Deal” has been estimated to cost $94 trillion over the next 10 years, which would be $60,000 per year per household, including adjustments you’d have to make to your house, office buildings, etc.
  • reduced freedom for us and our children, as the government tries to take control over every aspect of our lives

As Joe Biden would say: it’s all a lot of malarkey. To take just one item, “reduced value in your social security check,” if the GOP and Trump had their way, we seniors wouldn’t even have social security checks.

He is rather impulsive. This is only my opinion, but he looked a bit uncomfortable during that second debate during the time his microphone was turned off. But I think his delivery benefited from the Microphone limitations; I think it gave him time to do some mental processing of what he was responding to before he spoke.
 
Trump has said he would accept a clear result, but not a murky one because he knows how flawed the voting is in some places. Did you vote for Gore? After all, he conceded, then reneged and dragged the country through litigation. And Nancy Pelosi says she won’t accept a Trump win, no matter what.

Trump has promised not to change SS, so why do you think you’re in danger? Remember, the Dem party is the one that has abandoned the elderly as a voting bloc.

IIRC Gore was on this way to concede but was told that Florida was again in play, so he did not. I may be wrong about that: check the record. Pelosi is talking through her hat, as she often does, though I like her anyway because she’s got spunk. But Trump is nothing but a sore loser in advance of actually losing. He’s also a sore winner, still obsessing about Hillary Clinton and Obama. The man’s character is seriously flawed. And just how flawed is the voting “in some places”? The whole thing is a bunch of malarkey.

I checked it long ago, and you’re wrong. Gore did concede, then reneged when advised to do it by his advisory team, and went searching for votes hoping it would make him win.

If someone does believe that the current election provides no viable candidate for President, still vote. There are a lot of offices, especially state and national legislators, that are so important. These will be the people that actually get to vote on the laws we live by.
