Yes there is. I believe people posted news articles on the situations. You might read the forum. I don’t know if another thread needs to be rehashed here.

Of course, these have not been adjudicated yet but they could go to court.

If in fact there is fraud in the vote, it should be found … Better to erase any doubt - which benefits both candidates - whichever one wins. To allow doubt to linger is problematic and will cast doubt. What I know is that when Trump was elected, there were calls for him to be impeached. Now Biden the same people are saying nothing to too see here.

Of course this scenario is changing for states that have joined the compact to trhwo their electoral votes to the winner if the popular “National” vote regardless of how their citizens vote … Colorado being the latest state - correct?

Those states electors will be bound by that law once they have a consortium of states totaling 270 electoral votes … why citizens would allow this is beyond me …I guess they will love it as long as the "national popular vote goes the way that state votes … once it doesn’t - there maybe be gnashing of teeth …

Of course that compact is just away to circumvent the Constitution and that boys and girls is the goal of the radical left

The electoral college as it is is broken. Unless the House is expanded to a level that makes it actually proportionally representational then people are going to prefer the popular vote to the electoral college.
 
You think the Electoral College is broken because that is a mantra that is out there …In reality - it is not broken. We are a representative republic comprised of various localities, and various populations, industries, etc … like socialism and communism, pure democracies fail …We are not the United Citizens of America - we are the United States of America.

We would be a representative republic if the legislative body designed to be representative was actually representative. But the House hasn’t been expanded since 1913 so it’s no longer representative. Until Congress fixes that the electoral college is broken and the people will look for a workaround such as the interstate compact.

What is a matter of fact is that by not expanding the House as the country did throughout its pre-1913 history the Senate and the House are both weighted towards small states. When a body designed to represent the will of the people no longer represents the will of the people then the people will look for a workaround.
 
Yes, in a sense, that is a most important accomplishment. Who knows how many wars we would be in now if Hillary Clinton were President?
 
Can we really have any faith in our elections, anymore? Or in the politicized courts to do the right thing? It’s looking to me like the whole system has become so hopelessly corrupt there are few decent ethics left in it, anymore, and it certainly doesn’t seem to care about the rule of law. With all the corruption and nobody being held accountable for anything illegal anymore, I would say the left has already achieved its goal.

Certainly NOT the country I grew up in!

There were calls to have impeachment proceedings. There were calls that he was unfit for the office and the 25th amendment should be used. There were calls that he was a Russian plant and the White House would be ran from china.

We are going to have a feeble minded president in joe Biden. He is suffering from mental decline. We now have emails from a laptop that joe is a compromised individual. That joe sold his position as VP to foreigners.

All the progress made in dealing with china and other countries with their unfair trade practices are gone.

There a hundred of thousand of mail in votes that have no post mark. How can a mail in vote not have a post mark? Simple answer, they were delivered in the trunk of cars right after they were printed.

The electoral college was never meant to give proportional voting power to the people.

Either way you get someone mid 70’s upwards. Age affects people.

Do you have any evidence Biden is in mental decline. After Trumps post election speeches, and tweets , the same could be said for him.
