The Justice’s are supposed to rule according to the law and the Constitutio and the case presented. We know they can overturn a previous SC ruling.

The fact that Goresuch refused to say how he would rule in such a circumstances shows that he knows what he is supposed to do. I heard some of his confirmation hearing and he expressed this repeatedly.

I think he was excellent choice, one which I doubt HC would have made.

Yes I believe he has the potential to do so. He is incapable of admitting when he is wrong. He will just double down on everything.

This true and I have perused the majority of them. Most were overturned by a more Progressive and more Sound understanding of the Constitution and it’s amendments.

Yes indeed, Yet you and I don’t know for sure how he will rule other than his own statement that he made in “Law of the Land”. He values Juris Prudence and Juris Precedent.

So do I. He seems genuinely honest, unlike some. I still remember the “Anita Hill” fiasco with Clarence Thomas. Everything about him while watching that screamed DISHONESTY.

Obaama repeatedly said it was up to Congress to determine the fate of those brought illegally to the US as young children. When Congress didn’t act, Obama did it by EO.

When Trump overturned that EO and said this needed to be determined by Congress, liberals freaked out!

Maybe you have examples of Trump’s egregious and unConstitutional EOs?

I don’t have to read. I can utilize the numerous articles written by those that have. Most of the articles that I have read right after I heard that 1984 sales reached an all time low, have all been similar in nature and content.

As of Oct 13th Trump has signed 49 EOs. You tell me how many of the 49 have been challenged in Court?

I give Evil more credit when it goes unbridled.

Well, they can, but not without great cause, giving as much deference as possible to past rulings.

Just because Trump claimed it unconstitutional, then it must be?
Trump has said and tweeted a lot of things not true.
