Well, I can’t imagine even a known pro-life nominee answering any differently, aand I don’t think any of HC’s nominees would rule in an unbiased manner on this issue.

Obama said it was unConstitutional!
And what did a Republican lead Senate do after he signed it? Apparently Nothing.
Did they take it a Court to have it ruled upon? Apparently No.
So your point is moot.

Altho he did not say it 22 times, he did say it many times.
And there comes in the Rub and the Row. He claimed 22 times. Yet the article could only cited 4 times that he said it.

Why is there a need to lie about 18 other occurrences? I’ve learned more often the not Democrat leaning people tend to be more honest then Republican leaning ones.

By pointing me to this article only demonstrates and reinforces that observation.

JoshuaIsLord:
Most of the articles that I have read right after I heard that 1984 sales reached an all time low, have all been similar in nature and content.
Yes. It’s called left-wing bias.

But I can see why conservative book sales are always great:
They’re generally great because they’re less enthusiastic to adopt new media. It’s also why progressives are more effective at using the internet.
Letting others making your mind up for you is no way to go through life son.
So reading the articles and treatises of other people is a bad idea?

What a frighteningly insular perspective! 😱
(conservative books notwithstanding, right? 😉)

Illinois’s Dick Durbin tried to persuade Gorsuch to reveal his abortion views by quoting the judge’s book on euthanasia, in which he said “the intentional taking of human life by private persons is always wrong.” Conservatives have interpreted that line as a signal of Gorsuch’s supposed anti-abortion beliefs.

“How could you square that statement with legal abortion?” Durbin asked him. “Senator, as the book explains, the Supreme Court of the United States has held in Roe v. Wade that a fetus is not a person for purposes of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the book explains that,” Gorsuch replied.

“Do you accept that?” Durbin asked. “That’s the law of the land,” Gorsuch answered. “I accept the law of the land, senator, yes.”

By definition, a lie is an untruth that is stated with full knowledge that is an untruth. It is impossible to “tell a lie” and not know it.
That’s not true, if a lie is told to someone and they mistakenly think it the truth, they can then tell that lie to someone else, but it still remains a lie.

To say that these issues are “on the ballot” through the candidates mentioned implies that these are the issues on which these candidates will spend the bulk of their time and effort. That, I think, is an unwarranted assumption.
That is terribly naïve. You mean likening a LGBTQIA agenda to that of the African American civil rights movement is something they couldn’t really care less about? You mean believing in a climate change ideology and overpopulation myth is not something that will drive them to push abortion and euthanasia as legitimate means of reducing population and saving money and the planet?

Extremely naïve to think abortion, euthanasia and sodomidical agenda were not on that ballot. Like I said, people can fool me but not God. I don’t think anyone is that naïve.
How much a difference did she make in abortion policy?
Obama made a huge difference in the funding, availability and expansion of abortion in his 8 year term.

And yet when they record undercover these monsters for the world to see, instead of being recognized as the heroes they are, they are slandered and taken to court while the murderers are off free.
Similarly, one can ask how much a difference Trump has made
https://barbwire.com/2017/10/13/pro-life-advancement-trump/
They also forgot to mention the Mexico City Policy in that article. And we know Mike Pence has a solid track record of pro-life as well as many people in Trumps administration, polar opposite when it comes to Clinton and the Democrats.
By ignoring the likely effect of electing various candidates and focusing only on their nominal positions on selected issues gives a distorted view of what voting for those candidates really supports.
No, it is fallacious arguments like this that give the distorted view and deceive people.

“For the sake of His sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.”

Thank you for reading.

do you really believe trump can do this? he can’t even control his own cabinet
It’s garbage, most of the stuff @JoshuaIsLord has been putting up here has already been debunked elsewhere on these forums, and the other stuff is just deception. Get posters off topic and confuse them so the focus is no longer on Clinton and the Democrats and how Anti-Catholic they are on the most important and fundamental Catholic teachings involving the sanctity of life.

I’m not going to waste my time especially since I’m pretty sure this poster will ignore any refutation and go onto something else anyway. Best to just pray for them I think.

God Bless You

Thank you for reading.

The irony

In trying to poke holes in the Trump administration’s pro-life stance, you prove your own and the Democrats, anti-Catholic, anti-life stance.

I think Gorsuch answered it very wisely. And I’ll pray for him and Trumps administration.

And it’s not even progressive either, the championing of sodomy is regressive. So are all these other evil means Clinton and the Democrats pursue to kill off their own population, totally regressive, stupid and evil.

Claiming to be wise they became fools.

God Bless You

Thank you for reading.

No this is Democrats re-writing history. There is no anti-black racist party. These people you talk of who are insignificant in numbers have the choice between a Republican party who have always believed in respecting citizens rights regardless of race and a Democratic party that is now mildly anti-white in its rhetoric. Given that choice they are going to choose the Republican Party. You have been taught to put the horse before the cart and associate the Republican Party with these people. That is clearly wrong and an attempt to shift blame from the historic evil of the Democratic Party and it’s continuing use of race politics albeit now in a different guise.

Fascism is a left wing ideology. read the original Fascist manifesto written by Mussolini and Gentile in1919, two Marxists. They call for the right of the poor to vote, for women to vote, for a minimum wage, for a Progressive taxation, for Church property to be seized, for an army only for defensive means, for state nationalisation including the state taking of church property and arms companies, the state seizure of 85% of all past profits from companies selling arms, the right of workers groups to have say in industry through government and he supported gun control. This reads like a wish list from Bernie Sanders.

As I said, please actually read the Fascist manifesto before you comment. You have been lied to. Fascism is a left wing ideology and you have been emotionally conditioned into thinking Left means compassionate and therefore Fascism must be right wing. It is not.

This makes no sense.

Republicans fought against the Democrats in the battle for the right for blacks to vote. They fought in the courts and in government and even on the battlefield. They still would fight for blacks to vote if anyone tried to take it away from them. That is not a 180 degree turn. It is the same principled position it has always been. You have twisted your mind to try and think otherwise.

That’s one of the more intellectually dishonest comments I’ve seen.

Why? If someone holds nationalist - which in the parlance of our time is code for racist - views, why should they be taken seriously? The person will deny being racist, and send you down the dumbest of rabbit holes.

No thanks.
