Not worried. Thanks, though. The nutritional information I read about CFA’s menu offerings might make you change your mind.

Correct, Scott. The veneer of civilized society is very, very thin and is very easy to break when people’s natural proclivities are covered up with this artificial form of civility called “political correctness”.
From the Ashes:Good for Chik-Fil-A for standing up for morality even when it isn’t popular or beneficial to business.
I have always enjoyed their food and appreciated that they close on Sunday.
I think we should support Chik-fil-A with our patronage.news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/chick-fil-gay-marriage-201108120–finance.html
You have to get past the liberal media slant but I salute this company for standing up for traditional family values.
I agree. I will now go out of my way to support them because they support our shared values.I think we should support Chik-fil-A with our patronage.
Drive me out of business then!Do the Devil’s Will, Support ANTI-GOD Behavior, or BE DRIVEN OUT OF BUSINESS:
I started a fun conversation on an FB post by a gay Catholic friend of mine, where they were piling on about the hateful, bigoted, discriminating, Chik-fil-A. I didn’t see what the hubbub was about since the company isn’t discriminating against anyone, as far as I can tell.So are you saying that there is some kind of labor law against company executives voicing thier opinions about same-sex marriage? Let me assure you there is not.
It doesn’t matter if all of CFA’s employees identified as homosexual, the president is still entitled to his opinion. His comments were addressed specifically to the issue of same-sex marriage.
Why would there be any discussion of tax-free status? CFA is a fast food restaurant. They pay taxes just like any other business.
You’re welcome.Thank you. I aspire to be like St. Therese…she is a patron saint of mine.
You’re welcome. And good luck on that. I’m personally a St. Jerome kind of guy myself, at least when it comes to being curmudgeonly, but the world certainly needs a lot more people who try to follow the “Little Way”.

yes, we already know that’s what they think of us.I started a fun conversation on an FB post by a gay Catholic friend of mine, where they were piling on about the hateful, bigoted, discriminating, Chik-fil-A. I didn’t see what the hubbub was about since the company isn’t discriminating against anyone, as far as I can tell.
Apparently, supporting traditional marriage is “discrimination.” So, logically, all of us faithful Catholics are hateful and bigoted, if we support the Church’s view of marriage and homosexuality.
Very good points! He is not doing himself any favours. He is making himself look discriminatory and intolerant, and it will not stand up in court if Chick-A-Fil sues because of him stopping them getting licenses. Chick-A-Fil never said they would not hire or serve homosexuals but that they are against gay marriage. Dan Cathy has the Constitutional right to freedom of speech
Has any pro traditional marriage mayor or governor say they will stop the building of Starbucks in their town, which endorsed gay marriage?
Well, thankfully, the owners of your workplace subscribe to Christian ideals and do not discriminate against or devalue the hard work of the Disney employees, instead choosing to value all of the entertainment that they help to provide the public despite their sexuality, all while maintaining a brave and truthful stance on some of the sinful actions that those employees may or may not choose to indulge in.
We hate the sins, we love the sinners.
