Very well, you are a pre-operative transsexual person. You refer to research that describes how the brains of people such as yourself are “wired differently.” Yet it seems you are making your own assumptions here. Assuming this research is sound, why is the answer to the condition to mutilate the body instead of simply rewire the brain?
Secondly, your aversion to a moral code that might actually apply to you as articulated by the Pope is telling, isn’t it? Instead of seeing morality as an objective reality that it is your duty to conform to, it seems you would rather define what is right and wrong for yourself. Like Eric Cartman, your personal ethic seems to be summed up by the phrase “whatever! I do what I want!” Forgive me for pointing out the abject pride that animates this brand of relativism.
So, you pay your bills and your taxes, go to Church and, I assume, go to work as well. All this is about as relevant to the moral question as the fact that I had a poached egg on toast this morning. I can accept your humanity but also point out that it’s depraved and fallen. Further, I have no need to be able to “walk in your shoes” to be able to identify the disgusting, morally perverse pathology you seem to have fallen prey to.
