So your argument against common historical knowledge is that Bernard has no real proof, since he wasn’t there? You might as well argue the founding fathers were all girls, too. Since, I can’t prove it.

Not at all…I have read their writings…and have reached the conclusion, for what it’s worth…that Franklin was an atheist…Jefferson, close, and Washington a deist at best.

Of course, Catholics were barley tolerated in those days.

Maybe God inisisted on being dropped from the Dem Platform. Likely He wanted no part of a document endorsing unlimited abortion and same sex marriage.

Of course there was some repeating, but not like this! I know it was my fault to think that the DNC would have any substance at all. This is the first year I’ve watched either convension, so lesson learned.
 
For those who believe that Fox News is “Fair and Balanced,” I hope you are watching the First Lady’s speech on that network.

Please take note of the scrolling news line on the bottom. They won’t even allow her to deliver her speech without throwing in their talking points.

I already know what all their speakers are going to say, no need to listen to it. The Democrats are predictable, if nothing else.

No, they just switched their faith from God to Government.

I wonder if Obama is going to wear a toga and an olive wreath around his head when he accepts the nomination this go around? THe crowd can chant “Caesar! Caesar! Caesar!” as he promises them more bread and circuses.

Franklin and Jefferson were deists. Washington was a Christian, although openly in rebellion to all forms of established religion.
 
Again, the point is the DNC convention. FoxNews is scrolling text so that people watching it can see something they haven’t heard before.

Look, you guys get ABC, CBS, NBC and all it’s spin-offs, CNN, and NPR. Can’t you let us have even one network that isn’t having a blathering love-fest with the Democratic Party. C’mon! Really! 🤷
 
Anyone listen to Ms. Obama fictionalize her husband’s background? I think she might have taken the time to read his books before painting him as just like you and me! The poor boy, the poor college student, with a rusted-out car, etc. etc. blah blah blah. Yeah, Michelle, what about his Commie Mommy? What about that drunken wife-beating Communist bio-dad? What about when his Commie Mommy left her Indonesian husband because he wasn’t fomenting a revolution against the capitalists but got a steady job with an oil company? She sent Barry back to Hawaii and never saw him again!

This man has one of the most dysfunctional childhoods I have ever heard about. And yet, she made believe that she and he have so much in common.
