According to Planten, the verse and any verse of the bible refuting what Muhammad claimed were corrupted. No wonder Planten failed to read that chapter. I am pretty sure that the bible that Planten read, is much thinner than what we have. For sure, Gospel of John, The acts, Letters of Paul, all of those other letters, are missing from Planten’s bible.

The issue isn’t in how the data is treated, it is the tone we use sometimes with people who disagree with us. It is not helpful to assume that people who disagree are simply idiots when they don’t see it our way. It is much more helpful to try to understand why they see things the way they do, only then can we convince them of our opinion. swariffin, you are right. I read with good interest the 4 gospels (KJV) and I enjoyed it. I did not indulge much in the works of Paul because I found him not right. (Don’t ask). Please point out that chapter again which I was to read.

But it become dificult to remain totally respectful when people suport this twisted junk and refuse to have an honest and legitimate discussion about it. The muslim posters her just throw out red herrings and rarely adress the issues that get to the heart of the matter. As a result, I’ve just started tossing out bombs (fact filled bombs) knowing that they have probably ignored me by now anyway.
