Yeah, I sure won’t feel guilty because I’m not voting for someone who is so morally bankrupt to vote 4 times for babies who survive abortion to be left to die. Great post Jim OCDS!

Not true. We divide it ourselves, and it was just as divided under Bush.

Let’s see. We agree that abortion and euthanasia is murder, that marriage is between a man and a woman, that capital punishment is wrong, and that embryonic stem-cell research is wrong.

I don’t know that we have much beyond that… . . . . 🙂

Terribly sad, how many poorly catechized Catholics there are. Abortion trumps all other issues, but the heterodox, “cafeteria” Catholics find their way to rationalize around that fact.
 
Hamilton County is where? Ohio and they said they had to take some election officers out because they were allowing some unregistered voters, something like this.
 
Insightful comments from the Canadian CBC:

Said Republicans are losing the “Rustbelt” states, power is shrinking and becoming a party of the South.

CBC said the changing demographics (i.e. the Latino / Immigrant Vote which is supporting the Democrats) is playing a major role in states like Colorado, and I think Virginia and North Carolina; anyway several states.

In short, this is the last Election where the Republicans can be competitive with its traditional base (white and Christian voters.

CBC suggest if Republicans want to win elections in the future, they should become like the Conservative Party in Canada: conservative on Fiscal issues and liberal on Social issues.

I hope the Republicans don’t “sell out” in the future.

Also, the Auto Bailout of the Big Three is the major issue that may lead to an Obama victory in Ohio.
 
Obama’s expected victory seals America’s secular socialist future. I will never vote in an American election again. My apathy is complete. In the spirit of true sportsmanship, however, I sincerely congratulate Obama supporters for their hard fought victory. Enjoy the next four years under your President.
 
I wonder if the men I wrote in for President/vp will win. Cardinal Dolan and Cardinal DiNardo. 😃

Hamilton County is in Ohio and it was a Republican stronghold prior to 2008. I’ll wait for a reliable source (i.e. not breitbart.com) to report on that if its true.
