The Canucks don’t know, the pandering party if it wins will have us in the poor house and the CBC doesn’t know much of anything at all. Doom and gloom, if i want to hear liberalism, let’s turn on MSNBC.

Abortion is one of the most atrocious things that happens in the world but as far as I know, the Dems have not forced a single person to get an abortion. It’s still a choice that an individual person makes with the free will that God gave them. A vote for a democrat will not suddenly inspire people to go out and kill babies. However a vote for a republican WILL cause under privileged children all over the country to have healthcare, food, clothing, shelter and education taken away from them.

With unemployment high and the economy bad…those children lose under democrats, especially when charitable organizations that help the poor could face huge fines if they don’t pay for contraceptives under the HHS mandate

Republicans have not forced a single person to fold up their wallet and refuse to help the hungry, thirsty, strangers, naked, sick, or prisoners. A vote for a Republican will not suddenly inspire people to go out and refuse to help others.

However, a vote for Democrat is more likely to cause those of us who would like to help others to have less money to give because of the higher taxes, and less time to give because of the longer hours we will have to work (often at two jobs) to be able to make enough money to retain whatever standard of living we worked so hard to achieve.

Why not emphasize social issues to these communities. Blacks are for traditional marriage. I assume most Hispanics are as well. I think thats the strategy the GOP needs to take. Encourage minorities on these issues rather than telling them to screw off and let the dems take them. I too think its too bad the GOP doesn’t care about minorities

This is what I don’t understand. Why do people always just assume minorities have some kind of imaginary motivation to vote for Democrats when their terrible policies hurt minorities just as much as everyone else?
 
I voted pro-life: Virgil Goode and it was Goode. He’s going to win I just know it.

Exactly, what some people are saying is pander to minorities and as we know, there are many Hispanics in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona who are NOT for open borders and a very great number of Hispanics are in California to begin with, 20% of the nation’s population so a disproportionate amount to begin with are in one state.

It was pretty obvious Obama was going to win this election. Romney was a pretty awful choice for a candidate.

Nice post. You made some great points. People seem to forget that abortion was legal and still took place under the country’s last GOP President.
