Starting to have some doubts…That was in Los Angeles. Don’t know why.

I don’t hate the British. Don’t put words in my mouth you!Nonsense. Try to get over your hatred for the British.![]()
Well, the main reason the war was won was due to the nutritional deficiency of the British diet. It’s hard to fight an enemy on tea and crumpets, while your enemy relies on raw squirrel meat and whiskey. You know if the Brits hadn’t insisted on wearing RED while running around in the woods during the Revolutionary War, maybe this thing could have turned our real different.
I mean COME ON! RED?!?
Share some of that with me. I’m ready for the Olympics to start. I don’t think we should dip our flag to any earthly ruler, nor should anyone else, but the fact that this is even an issue gets my eyes rolling.Well, the main reason the war was won was due to the nutritional deficiency of the British diet. This is a bit of a Catch-22. I was already reading the outrage that the US would dip it’s flag, and now the outrage that they aren’t.
I say, who cares?? Pour me a pint of Boddington’s, and let the games begin!!
i don’t care who you are, thats some good eating!!raw squirrel meat and whiskey.
A flag is not anything sacred, and is not owed any special religious respect. It is only a secular symbol of a particular country. If a flag were sacred, then there was much disrespect being shown when the Allies tore down Nazi flags en masse and threw them to the ground.Share some of that with me. Typical liberal comeback, imply those who show respect for their own national symbols are idolatrous flag worshippers and then insult said symbols by implying they have no meaning.A flag is not anything sacred, and is not owed any special religious respect. Let alone a ruler that claims the divine right of kings. A little arrogance goes a long ways.Share some of that with me. I’m ready for the Olympics to start. Or should we say, one who claims to be the head of the Church in England instead of the Pope.Let alone a ruler that claims the divine right of kings.
Just run Obama out there to kneel.

Thank you.We never have, and besides protocol calls for the flag to NOT be dipped to ANY foreign ruler.
But of course many would say that only applies to the military.Thank you.
The protocol is correct:thumbsup:
