Nah. They’re the kind that are fine with that sort of name-calling.Perverts. Wow.
I think even the Westboro Baptists would say you’re laying it on a little thick.

Some people seem to think that’s the worst mortal sin. Whether it’s acted on or not.And would we just stick to those “perverts” as one person put itroll_eyes
or would we also target clergy who committed other mortal sins???
It will be so small, it will be empty!then, those of you who are perfect won’t have to be seen around us and can have your “smaller, purer, Church”.
I don’t think that’s what the story is at all.Why don’t we just get rid of everyone who is not perfect- the homosexuals, the fornicators, the liar, the thieves, the cheaters,…
Well, if a priest actually did that, his bishop should be informed. It’s hardly something that all priests with SSA do.I have no desire to associate with men who walk around telling people of their desires to commit sodomy
Why do you think that he thought you needed to know that? One of my favorite priests has told me he is gay
Unfortunately, @CilladeRoma, I think the problem is rather that many of the CAF users who reply as they do are NOT familiar with the typical LGBT person — they have no close gay family members or friends, for instance. It’s only a news story to them.Where do you people live that you are surrounded by flaming, raging gay people who are in your face 24/7?
I don’t think there is any way to really know if priest is having sexual affairs or not. There aren’t going to tell their superiors. If they are having sex or the preliminaries then this is a problem and they need to be suspended or if they can’t stop what they’re doing, removed.
Or they do, and said family members/friends have decided not to come out to someone with these attitudes.they have no close gay family members or friends, for instance. It’s only a news story to them.
Me neither. Unless I’m responding to some poster who refers to themself as having “SSA”, I’m just gonna say 'gay" and have done with it.I agree. I am not a fan of the term SSA.
People who are doing sexy things on the sly get caught eventually. Their superiors find out. Same way as if you cheat on your spouse, your spouse will find out.I don’t think there is any way to really know if priest is having sexual affairs or not. There aren’t going to tell their superiors.
