Cold is not that bad, but cold and windy yeah, that’s not something I get on well with.

I had to go outside and unpack a huge box because the carrier didn’t put it on the porch. I was NOT a happy camper.😠

Where I live, the house isn’t near the road, but I do recall once that when there were some deliveries out here, that basically the man or woman that delivered the delivery, threw books in my yard.

That wasn’t very nice of them. And they all want more money to give better service.

Above-average temperatures for this time of the year in Nebraska. High for today (and current temperature) is 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Snow is creeping into the forecast for next week though.

We’ve had numerous days with lots of strong wind. It’s been getting annoying. I’m glad there’s no snow, but I don’t much like the wind either. I get so cold so easily.

My husband is originally from Mexico and he still has family there. He has been marveling at the cold and snow that arrived there, in places that are not so accustomed to so much snow.

Today it’s really nice it’s cloudy, but it’s not cold. It’s 71 degrees Fahrenheit, about 22 degrees Celsius the wind is at 11 miles per hour or 18 km per hour. And I’m sitting on my porch reading a book.

It’s currently 3 degrees here, damp because of intermittent rain and generally miserable.

I’m assuming that’s 3 degrees Celsius. I’m American, we don’t use celsius in day to day conversation. Nothing wrong with it, we just don’t. I think that’s like 37 degrees Fahrenheit

Correct. 🙂

It must be said, this is better than the snow we had a couple of weeks ago.

We rarely ever get snow where I live. I mean we get it, about once a year, but it’s usually not in December. I mean, we did have it on 26 December one year. People make jokes about Southerners closing down stuff when it snows a little, but they don’t understand that we don’t have the infrastructure for it.

It snowed a little bit yesterday (after some wind and rain at the beginning of the day), today it was sunny in the upper 20’s

It rained all day yesterday. Because we had to venture out, I asked God to make the rain light until we got home. He answered in the affirmative.

Today, the first day of winter, we’re to be rain-free and 62F. We’re 47F now.

The winter chill came right on schedule here too. It is 48 degrees F right now along the coast, and even chillier inland, but still dry and clear.

58F now. Rain coming in. Still recovering from Wednesday’s rains.Flooding is a definite.

We understand well enough, but we can’t help ourselves 🤣🌨️

Currently it is 52F/11C ,cloudy and it rained during the night.

The pouring rain has hit Music City. And there are huge puddles in our yard. Not getting off the porch until the puddles leave the driveway.

Thanks be to God, it’s not snow.

Will be 77F for Christmas Day,not too hot thank God. Soon warming up after that though.

Cold (41F) and cloudy. We’re to be in the 20s for the low all week. Highs in the 30s and 40s. Christmas Day is supposed to be 38F. A wonderful day to stay under the covers. But I won’t, of course.
