You are a man of contradictions. Whenever you debate with me, you immediately lose the control of things and start proving either your scripture or yourself a liar. The Koran defines Jesus as an ordinary prophet (the Koran used by mainstream and traditional Muslims. I am not sure if you have a different Koran version devised to support the heretic allegations of the Ahmadiyya movement):Islam does not call Jesus an ordinary prophet.
Surah 5:75
The Messiah, son of Marium is but an apostle; apostles before him have indeed passed away.
We are not here to consider your faulty suppositions or biased misinterpretations. My aim is to debunk your theories through the verses in the Gospels.Yes, I believe he made himself into a god…
Now you are contradicting your primary statement by saying that Jesus was an ordinary Israeli prophet.Jesus was a prophet like all the other Israeli prophets before him. Only thing is that he was the last of the Israeli prophets under the command of Moses a.s. He was a Jew and a Mosaic israeli prophet who came to correct the blunders of the Jewish people. But they rejected him. He followed he law of Moses a.s. in a proper way, trying to explain the good things of that law to the Jews. He taught Jews to be gentle and honest and God fearing.
The New Testament dissents from your assertions when it identifies Jesus as the Messiah, the Son of the living God.
I do not think that we have ever asked for your permission. Who are you to allow the Lord what to do? What a blasphemy!Sorry, we cannot allow two modes to Jesus at once.
He never changed His nature. He was BOTH God and man. Do you believe that even human soul is immortal?Quite interesting. You know that when he died he was in human nature. How many times did he change his nature in 24 hours? When he was praying he was in human nature. What a bundle of flaws you are carrying please?
I only want everyone to see the truth in the New Testament and the mistakes of the Koran. You want every one to believe you?
Maybe your Koran is different. This is your problem. In the Koran version used by true Muslims, it is written that Mary gave birth to Jesus when She was a virgin (Surah 3:47).
- In the Koran only Jesus was born miraculously with no human father. (No such thing in the Quran . Please show the verse.).
No other prophet or thing is called God’s word in the Koran though! Of all the messengers, only Jesus is given that title.
- In the Koran only Jesus is called God’s word. ( Perhaps, but all things are created by the word of God. Not only Jesus.)
According to the Koran, Allah made Jesus equal to Himself when He let Jesus create birds from mud through the breath of His mouth (Surah 3:49).
- In the Koran only Jesus is given the ability to create like Allah.
( Not true. Nobody creates anything. It is Allah who creates. The others, specially those who are being worshipped, they create nothing. They are dead and do not know when they will be raised to life again. Jesus is one of them.)
Of all the messengers of Allah, only Jesus is said to have been assumed to Allah’s presence in the Koran (Surah 4:158 & Surah 3:55). Mainstream Islam teaches that Issa was bodily assumed into heaven. Not true. Every pious one is raised in nearness to Allah. The name of Jesus is only mentioned because he was ridiculed by the Jews and tried to be killed on cross so that he would be a condemned (Cursed) person. Allah has cleared Jesus from that charge and told us that he was not a cursed person. He was drawn in nearness to Allah (God).
