Amen to that.Legality is hardly a defense anyways.

I’m with you on your post, except for what you posted up here. Calling the suburbs even a little racist is absurd. They may be “less liberal” than inner city Minneapolis, but far more liberal than 95% of the country.About 94% of our police don’t live in the city, they live in the suburbs which are considerably less liberal and more racist.
If they choose to open again in the same area. Our small businesses know we are going to help them rebuild
But the potential is very small since similar cases ended well for the malefactor. He has had multiple complaints without much punishment so chances are that he knew he could get away with it.Simple. I would have informed him that he was putting too much pressure on his neck and that he needed to get off. If he initially refused, I would have appealed to his sense of self-preservation and quickly reminded him of both the bad optics and the potential for a lawsuit. It’s really not complicated. Not sure why you frame it as if it is.
Well the corporations that hire them should probably reconsider.Oh? Do you know Edina, Hopkins, Minnetonka and all the suburbs I speak of? I can tell you unequivocally they harbor many racists, starting with the Minneapolis and St. Paul police.
I know what happened in Detroit, and still happens. My state. It’s not pretty. But what do you, an outsider and mere observer know of it?
At least that will help. The University of Minnesota already has cancelled their contract. Other corporations are following.
Lol good luck with that. The police will reform or they will be thrown out with the trash
