yes I am fully aware of what Muslims are required to do before prayer. I have studied Islam and I have friends who are practicing Muslims as well. And I can tell you right now it’s not a strict as you think it is. For instance a disabled Muslim may not be able to perform all of the parts of the prayer but that does not make his prayer invalid. Experienced Muslims know how to do it correctly so the chances of them having to repeat the process because they made a mistake are highly unlikely.
All that God wants is a humble prayer and a sincere heart! God is not interested in all those ablutions that clean the body but not the interior person. Didn’t Jesus tell us that nothing that goes into the body makes us impure, but what comes from the heart that does? How hard is that for anyone to grasp?
Matthew 15
17 Do you not realize that everything that enters the mouth passes into the stomach and is expelled into the latrine? 18 **But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile. 19
8 For from the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, unchastity, theft, false witness, blasphemy. 20 These are what defile a person, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile." **
Matthew 23
25
14 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites. **You cleanse the outside of cup and dish, but inside they are full of plunder and self-indulgence. ****26 Blind Pharisee, cleanse first the inside of the cup, so that the outside also may be clean. 27
15 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites. You are like whitewashed tombs, which appear beautiful on the outside, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and every kind of filth. 28 Even so, on the outside you appear righteous, but inside you are filled with hypocrisy and evildoing. **
