Obama: "… his demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity. Now if we can see our president dedicate his passion to ending the daily 9/11s that occur in the wombs of mothers across this nation.
No, you can do it very quickly - it just that it usually isn’t that urgent. But you can do a DNA match really quickly if you’re #1 at the lab and can use all the equipment.I’ve read the millitary had a DNA exame to confirm that the body really was Osama’s. Contrary to what the CSI TV shows may suggest, it takes a few days to have the results of DNA exams. It’s never out the same day labs get the samples.
I don’t think Obama was the first to hear about this. Why did the Obama Administration wait until the day of the Beautification of Pope John Paul the Great to make the announcement? The Obama Administration did not send a high level representative to the ceremony to represent the United States. He could have very well announced this earlier. Seems too planned for me.
The death of a child of God is a tragedy. Like the poet said, “any man’s death diminishes me”. But I think we, especially Americans but actually all just men and women throughout the world, can celebrate the victory without celebrating the death. I would celebrate his capture just the same. That he was not taken alive is objectively regrettable but might have been unavoidable given the circumstances of the “firefight”. Things might have been pretty sporty.

I wonder if Obama will release the Death Certificate? Just kidding![]()
http://forums.catholic-questions.org/picture.php?albumid=1087&pictureid=9003If you go to the CNN website, you will see a picture of Bin Laden. Right underneath the picture of that happy news is a picture of Bl. John Paul II, with a story about his beatification.
What a juxtaposition! What a great day!

Matthew 5:43You shall pursue your enemies, and they shall fall before you. Leviticus 26:7
Did Osama meet a just end? It seems likely, but it seems contrary to scripture to celebrate his death. I believe it is more appropriate to celebrate the end to the terror this man caused, and pray for his soul.“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighborh and hate your enemy.’ 44But I tell you: Love your enemiesi and pray for those who persecute you, 45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
