Do you have one?
I would name France as a successful country because I think it’s fairly clear they have a beautiful culture, their citizens seem fairly happy (at least, they aren’t immigrating like crazy to other countries, so far as I know) and they’re been around for a very, very long time.
When France ceases being a country then it’s not a successful country.
