I am offering prayers for all those affected by the wildfires in Texas and Oklahoma. In my opinion there is no natural disaster as frightening as a Wildfire. Please Lord send these people the blessed rain.
 
Mom of one:
Please pray for a safe trip for my patient’s oldest daughter, who left for NYC today to go to England for a semester. She flew to NYC today and has to stay the night in the airport before getting on the plane for England. Please pray for her safety at the airport as well.

Well, my patient’s oldest daughter ended up NOT having to spend the whole night in the airport. When she got there, she was told about a flight that left much earlier. So God provided for her safety by getting her out of the airport very early.
 
I have company coming on Sunday, so I need to do some serious house cleaning. So, since I HATE housework, but I have to do it, I am offering up the next 1/2 hour of cleaning for all the intentions posted anywhere on this forum.
 
Please pray for my Aunt. She was found barely alive this week and spent some time in her local hospital’s ICU. She has some heart problems and is an advanced-stage alcoholic. When she is released from the hospital she will be transported to a lockdown substance abuse rehab center for 3 to 6 months at the will of her family and not her own. She will be extremely resistant, but if she doesn’t go she will die. It is a difficult situation for all involved. She especially needs prayer with regards to her openness to God’s help. She has strong longstanding anger towards Him. Please pray for her. Thank you and God Bless.
 
Please pray for my grandfather. He has been ill for a few months now from various complications and discovered to have cancer, and was hospitalized some days ago because he took a turn for the worse. My dad mentioned that he is in a coma, but I’m not sure what is going on, really. Please pray for him, that the Lord may grant him strength and remind him that we are with him even if not physically, that He may heal him if so be His will, and that he may have recourse to the sacraments in a spirit of true contrition.

Thank you so much. I am also really worried about my mom (his daughter), especially should something happen… Please pray for her as well.

Pray for my wife - she has had a bad flu for 3 days now and is sleeping most the time.

Pray for me - suffering for an inability to stay up (sitting) for anything more than a few hours each day. My fat stomach droops forcing me to lie down. As I lose weight it gets worse. Hopeful when I get my powerchair it will help the situation.
 
Tomorrow (or, rather, barely today) I will be making a holy hour and will offer up all your intentions listed on this thread.

If you could, please remember these intentions for me:
  1. I go to the doctor tomorrow (today) and have a check for gestational diabetes. Please pray I’m healthy and do not have this.
  2. My blood pressure has been extremely high and I pray it does not turn into pre-eclampsia. Please pray God guides my doctor in treating this correctly and safely for myself and baby.
  3. Please pray my husband’s job situation works out for the highest good and in a fast manner. During the next week or so, he will have to make many decisions. Please pray that God gives us a clear indication of what His will is for my husband. Please pray for my husband’s special intention regarding his employment.

I’ve been sick for several years, and tested positive for TB on 6 January. I’ve been waiting on the results of the chest x-ray since Thursday.

Please pray that I’ll know SOON… like today or tomorrow…
 
I am praying for all on this thread. Please pray that I find meaningful employment. I have been temping for almost a year.
 
A friend of mine ran away from home last night. Pray for his safe return. My school doesnt want anyone to post his name, but God knows who he is. The proper authorities know.

I realize this is somewhat trivial compared to other, much more urgent requests on this thread. So please save this request for last, only if you have some extra time after the more important ones.

God isn’t a banker who will divide His gifts, thereby giving everyone less because there are more requests! All prayers will be prayed for, have no fear of that! 👍
 
I am going to Reconciliation tomorrow after many, many years away from the Church. I am scared to death, not quite sure what to say and I ask your prayers as I go thru this process.

I have more tests scheduled tomorrow, to see if they have to do surgery to stop the mini-strokes. Please remember me in prayer as I pray for all.

My dad is going in tomorrow for a cardiac catheterization. Apparently the doctor found something at the bottom of his heart(that’s what my dad told me)
 
For my sister, Peg. She suffered a heart attack during the night. Surgery this am at 10:00 am CST.

Especially for my sisters faith. She has none. She does not believe in God! 😦
