Please Pray for Lexee 15 and her unborn daughter. Please give her the strength she needs at this dificult time. Also for all parents of special needs children. May God’s gentle hand guide us through the difficult days and help us to bring our children to their highest potential. Amen.

I will pray for all those new requests here. I want to thank all of you for prayers in the past and report that my sister’s nephew came home form Afghanistan last week. He earned a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star in his time there. When he was wounded all of the people here prayed for him and I want you to know that he is fine, he is home, and we are all relieved. My daughter is in her last 6 weeks in the Middle East. Please keep up your prayers for her. Thank you one and all. God Bless this place where we can come and pray at all hours of the day with our internet family in Christ.

Just an up-date on my best friend who was dying of a serious lung disorder… The disorder…Emphysema and a condition of sleep apnea have GONE! She is healed! She woke up on Christmas day after having gone into a deep sleep for over 18 hours and announced that she wanted to live!
Everything since “The Christmas Miracle” has been phenomenal…she is still in a rehab to gain mobility and will be coming home this weekend…continue to pray for her heart to be soften (Metanoia)…God isn’t done w/ her yet by a long shot! She had a powerful voice and had a deep faith for the Lord… some unfortunate circumstances changed that… God loves her very much!😃

Up-date on my BIL John:

Everything and anything that could go wrong is happening to him in his mysterious illness. The doctors can’t seem to find the source of his back pain and have taken every conceivable test on him w/ the exception on one more which was scheduled for yesterday and it didn’t happen…hopefully today…
He loves the Lord so very much and has “deepened” his Catholic faith in such a new and beautiful way in the past few years… God’s will be done…
(He knows we are praying for him and is depending on our prayers.)

Offering Prayers of thanksgiving for the “Christmas Miracle” God will do the rest.

For the repose of the soul of Petrina S, who died on Wednesday after many years of fighting cancer. Petrina was a wonderful mother who always trusted that she would live long enough to see her son ordained as a LC priest. Chris was ordained a year ago…and Petrina has finally gone home to Our Father. The funeral is this morning.

Please pray for 7 children (all from the same family) who were killed in a tragic automobile accident on Wednesday 1/25 and also for the family left to grieve this unimaginable loss. Please also include in your prayers the deceased childrens’ grandfather who died of a heart attack upon hearing of the news of their deaths.

Please pray for my grandchildren who are struggling with their parents divorce. Please pray for my children who are all struggling with their own issues. Pray for my sanity as I deal with them and the problems going on in my parish.

Special prayers… and for all of the intentions.

Jim, a young man in my community, was killed in an auto accident last night.
He leaves a widow, & 2 young children…Their 3rd child died of leukemia a few years ago.

I am praying for all here. God bless each one.

Blessings. I’m new here.

I’m Catholic and I’ve been having a very difficult time with my oldest boy. He is profoundly autistic and requires a lot of help.

It makes me sad to see him going through things that cause him such frustration and mental pain. Sometimes I pray that the Lord would take his autism from him and place it onto me so that I could endure it for him.

Please keep my boy in your prayers.

Our own Brotherhrolf has asked for our prayers. He is taking a break from posting here.
Brother is physically exhausted, & deeply distressed after seeing the full extent of the destruction of his hometown of New Orleans, first hand. Things are much, much worse than the rest of us can imagine, & the people are still totally devastated. So many people needing help, needing prayer.
Thank you so much, & God bless.

Please include my uncle Jaime in your prayers for the sick. He is in his late thirties and is in the hospital. I’m not sure if he suffered a heart attack or a brain stroke. We’re hoping to get a call soon from my dad who flew out there today. Thank You.

This morning, a student took his life in one of the bathrooms of the highschool I graduated from. Please pray for his family, friends, and all those affected. 😦

I have just had a very upsetting night. I had laundry going in the cellar, & the cellar filled up with smoke. I had to call the fire department.
I assumed the dryer, but that is OK. It was the washer. Some clothes were jammed between the tub & the wall, & it overheated.
But I really cannot afford a washer…and I can’t afford not to have a washer, if you see what I mean.
A very handy friend is coming today to check it out. …
As minor as this sounds compared to others’ problems, I really would appreciate if folks would pray for a good outcome, & for me to be able to settle down & get some sleep before Joe gets here.
And wisdom for him, in being able to deal with the problem, hopefully at minimum cost & trouble.

Thank you all. You all remain in my prayers.

hi Zooey…needless to say, your intentions are mentioned in the rosary for CAF members thread! So sorry of your big scare…God bless you. Was bella sleeping on the job? 😃

I’m asking for continued prayers for my BIL…EVERYTHING and anything that could go wrong is happening…Today he will be given the final diagnosis at about 4pm EST…

Also I’m asking prayers for 2 of my immediate family members for physical healings…A spiritual one would be nice too…

Things have turned out even better than I had hoped…So far, I have had no expenses beyond the loss of a sock & a washcloth!!
My wonderfully handy friend left a short while ago. He says that I may have a problem with the belt at some point, but he has the washer up & running for small & medium loads all ready!

Thank you & God bless you for your prayers!!
