Trump wanted to jail mothers who have had abortions.
He might rightly be called anti-abortion, but not pro life.
Taking health insurance away from people who need it, separating families at the border as a deterrent to immigration, denying climate change which is a threat to life on the planet is not pro life.
Treating people without respect is not pro life.
And I understand that. But, as I’ve said, both parties have been in power at different points in the past decades since Roe, and abortions don’t go up when Democrats are in power, and they don’t go down when Republicans are in power. So, why make it an issue in elections?

Actually, if you want to go there, it’s really local city councils and state legislatures that have been making the most inroads in curbing abortion availability.
Judges and Justices are notoriously independent. Just look at the last 12 month’s rulings. And, frankly, only a personhood amendment would make abortion illegal, and that’ll never happen, AND it won’t end abortion. Those that can afford it just have an outpatient D&C and pregnancy gone.
I think we need to focus of changing hearts and minds instead of legislating.

Wow. Trump is now destroying our planet. What exactly has anybody done to stop climate change? Obama had cash for clunkers, which filled our junkyards with useless engines.
Climate change has been going on since the beginning of time. Was it Trump’s fault that Greenland got too cold to grow grapes and herd cattle?

But…the democrats are not willing to settle for “status quo,” and changing hearts and minds. Democrats applaud abortion…they applaud PP. People cheerleading that industry aren’t trying to change hearts and minds. Democrats want to expand research on fetal tissue from abortions…thru legislation!!!
