They weren’t necessarily backed up on the machine, but opened up on the machine. She used her husband’s laptop. The emails were found searching his laptop for evidence of sexting teens.
Anything opened on a computer is accessible.
It would be different if Hillary told Huma to hide emails on her husband’s laptop.
It didn’t seem she did that.

I didn’t say it was “giant” or that everyone conspired with everyone else. But if you don’t care whether law enforcement agencies use their powers to take sides in political contests, then there’s nothing anyone can do to convince you other than to arrest you sometime because you’re on the wrong side politically.I don’t see the giant conspiracy theory that you do and I should care?

It’s also self evident the purpose was to circumvent FOIA requests.
Since IT reported to Hillary, she could have had them set up and manage a dedicated server for her team, but instead she hired an outside party to do what IT could have done in their sleep.

No. I think some of them conspired together, but I do not represent that all of the bad actors did. Strzok and Page clearly conspired together. Strzok and Mueller did for awhile, until Mueller fired him. That would be quite logical answer.I would guess that Huma checked her email using Anthony’s computer.
My wife on occasion uses my laptop to access her email, when her using her phone is not practical.
