That would be quite logical answer.

My wife on occasion uses my laptop to access her email, when her using her phone is not practical.
Does she also back up her important email chains on your PC, against company policy?
Huma was trained in how to handle classified and confidential govt info.
Yet she forgot she had those thousands of emails tucked away safely (?) on hubby’s PC.

She does not work for anybody. 🤣

Huma is at fault not HRC.

Again not HRC’s problem. It is all on Huma.

Stop trying to ascribe blame to HRC when the truth of the matter it all falls on Huma.

The Huma incident is HRC’s problem in how it reflects on her management, not as a direct violation. Though I’m not clear what her lawyers said to the FBI on whether all the documentation that was on HRC’s server had been destroyed.

HRC’s responsibility increases if you look at it from the view she set up her own IT dept, who normally manage all team emails and communicate policy. HRC enabled this transgression.

Well if the Lawyers lied to the FBI, and the FBI found out about it, they would be risking 2 things.
  1. Getting indicted for lying to the FBI
  2. Getting disbarred.
I really don’t think any lawyer worth their ilk would lie.

Yes she enabled it.
But at the time she did it ( As confirmed by Comey during an Interview ) she did not know she was doing anything wrong nor was their any intent to do wrong when it was done.

I just said you think it is a conspiracy theory
Probably I shouldn’t say this, but I’m tired of people saying “conspiracy theory” when they just mean “conspiracy”. Oh well. Regardless, I do think some of those people conspired to accomplish political ends.

Having a lack of character isn’t a crime.

Apples and oranges.

As I recall, IT did push back and were clearly told to ‘shut it’ by HRC’s team.

I’m convinced it was intentional and done to circumvent FOIA. However, if that wasn’t on her mind then gross incompetence is the only description for what her team did. they were all experienced people in DC and how things work.

Those really are the only two options, it was intentional or gross incompetence by her hand picked team.

So did Rice and Powell. They all had team members that knew how things worked.
February 4, 2016 – During a State Department review of the past five secretaries’ of state emailing practices, it is revealed that former secretaries of state Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice had received emails containing classified information through personal email accounts. The State Department found that Powell received two emails that are now deemed classified and that Rice and her staff received 10 emails.
Probably IMHO the main reason the FBI did not want to bring charges against HRC, the Republican FBI Director COMEY would have had to bring the exact same charges against 2 of it’s own, namely Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice.

A Decision may have been made based on an internal question inside his own mind:
Do I bring down 2 of my own just to bring down 1 of the opposition? Do I sacrifice them in order to “Lock Her Up”
By his own testimony in interviews and in his book he has no love for HRC. He only makes the announcement about the emails just 11 days before the election because he feared she was going to win the election.

Nope, Dept of State didn’t have an email system under Powell. He worked to make it happen and I don’t think he handled classified documents using his private compuserve account.

Rice did not set up a home brew email server, and they are allowed to occasionally use their private email if the situation requires it.

Hillary exclusively used her off the books private email system that was not in compliance with regulations and had no oversight. If you can’t spot the difference, there is no hope, you are being driven by blind ideology.

So, just so I’m clear on the liberal rules:

A) It’s not okay to talk about the Clintons when there is a thread bashing Trump and a conservative mentions the Clintons

B) It’s okay to talk about the Clintons when the Trump investigation is rightfully called a worthless witch-hunt in the context of Whitewater.

It just goes to show that I am glad I am not a modern liberal.

He and Rice used external personal email accounts

I don’t think that is true in it’s entirety.
I do know the rules were clarified in 2013 that private emails could only be used in for emergency situations.

Also, the complaint was about Rice’s staff, receiving a dozen combined confidential emails. Depending on the situation, they may have been in error and should have been reprimanded. But the scale between HRC and them is night and day. With Rice and Powell it was more by accident while it was team policy with HRC to break the regulations.

Not sure how you get there due to your demand that facts be undisputed, but that’s your business.
I never said that and you know it, but that does not appear to prevent you from saying such things.

Hardly…
Then why pay for an outside server and use your political job slots to hire an IT guy, when her existing IT team could have set up a dedicated server for her in one of their server racks, at no extra cost and with no fuss?

The only explanation to someone who knows email servers is she wanted to shield her communications from Govt mandated oversight.

How does that make Hillary a liar?
FBI Director Comey testified that HRC stated that she had turned over all documents and HE said she lied. She did not turn over all. And Comey testified that she stated no sensitive documents were ever sent or received from her private server… also a lie as 7 strands were identified as classified. Get it yet???

Getting disbarred.

You know in a lot of circles… and I don’t mean to offend, just report…
Lawyer is synonymous with LIAR! Of course it’s just small people who are married to them and know how they work. Not all of course, and I don’t think that about all of them but wonder about the saying…
