In the past, great presidents knew they needed to accept responsibility, the old “buck stops here” mentality. I hope we have this kind of leadership again some day.I agree. They are expecting President Trump to be some kind of miracle worker.
I think of all the news stories the one that bothered me the most had little to do with the president. It was the allegation of Russia hacking to get vaccine information, as if that is not something that should be freely shared.Because international cooperation and sharing of information is an asset in a crisis.
It was not claimed that we lead the world in per capita deaths. The fact we are even trying to find statistics that gets us off the bottom of the pile is disturbing. No, we are not the worst in per capita deaths. Yay?Johns Hopkins still has the U.S. at 10th in mortality per capita and 13th in mortality per case.
This is the worst possible reply. Leadership is never about running others down for your failures, what if’s and what about’s. It is about embracing the role and taking responsibility. We do not need a snowflake president.Yeah we will just hand the baton over to “C’mon man” !Joe Biden. He will cure the Covid at the same time he finds a cure for cancer!..
This thread is not about Joe Biden. Anyone can start their own thread. Going off topic to campaign is not appropriate here.
