Jesus does say ‘My father and I are one’ and also says ‘my father is greater than I’

And also 'why thou callest me good there is none good but one that is Go?

Son of Man, bread of life, the way the truth and the life.

Consubstantial…

Now, if we were to say that we saw the Sun in two mirrors—one Christ and the other the Holy Spirit—or, in other words, that we have seen three Suns—one in heaven and two on the earth, that would be true. And if we were to say that there is only one Sun that would also be true.

That is my understanding of ‘the Father is in the Sun’.Not that God literally broke up into 3 pieces as there is only one God but the 3 in one is feasible using the above example.

So God is in every person’s or believers heart but He doesn’t break up into 2 billion pieces to do that but our hearts are like mirrors reflecting His Image. He is still within us in that sense.
John 14:8-9
8 Philip said, ‘Lord, show us the Father and then we shall be satisfied.’ Jesus said to him,

9 'Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and you still do not know me? 'Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father, so how can you say, “Show us the Father”?

In the site I gave earlier it will clear up any misconception one might have.

**Christian Bible …

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

CLEAR

Baha’i Bible …

Love accepteth no existence and wisheth no life: He seeth life in death, and in shame seeketh glory. To merit the madness of love, man must abound in sanity; to merit the bonds of the Friend, he must be full of spirit. Blessed the neck that is caught in His noose, happy the head that falleth on the dust in the pathway of His love. Wherefore, O friend, give up thy self that thou mayest find the Peerless One, pass by this mortal earth that thou mayest seek a home in the nest of heaven. Be as naught, if thou wouldst kindle the fire of being and be fit for the pathway of love.

Love seizeth not upon a living soul,
The falcon preyeth not on a dead mouse.

Love setteth a world aflame at every turn, and he wasteth every land where he carrieth his banner. Being hath no existence in his kingdom; the wise wield no command within his realm. The leviathan of love swalloweth the master of reason and destroyeth the lord of knowledge. He drinketh the seven seas, but his heart’s thirst is still unquenched, and he saith, “Is there yet any more?” 4 He shunneth himself and draweth away from all on earth.

Love’s a stranger to earth and heaven too;
In him are lunacies seventy-and-two. **

Hi Techno,

Love that quote about love. Is there a verse for that please so I can read it occasionally?

Christian faith cannot accept “revelations” that claim to surpass or correct the Revelation of which Christ is the fulfillment, as is the case in certain non-Christian religions and also in certain recent sects which base themselves on such “revelations”.

Tony, you are contradicting yourself.
What about Christ’s Return do you accept that? In revelation He says He will write upon His Followers His New Name and that there will be a New Heaven and a New Earth that the old one passed away??

If you look at 100 years ago or add up the past thousand ages they do not compare to this new age. We do have a new earth with marvellous technology etc a person born a century ago would agree this is a new earth.

Doesn’t heaven mean spiritual? Maybe God will give us new spiritual guidance with a new name. Christ said He would come again didn’t He with a New Name?

This is all in the Book of revelation. So then doesn’t that explain Deut 33:2 Moses from Sinai, Christ from Seir, Muhammad from Paran and then something with a new name not mentioned in that passage but given in Jer 49:38 I will set my throne in Elam.

Who is the Lord of Hosts who will establish His throne in Elam (Persia)

Strong’s concordance says “an Elamite or Persian: —Elamite.” So an Elamit is a Persian.

So we have Moses from Sinai, the Christ from Seir, then Muhammad from Paran then the Lord of Hosts setting His Throne in Persia and destroying dynasties. What happened to the Ottoman Empire and Napolean and the Csars and the Kaisers? They seemed to ‘disappear’?

The Quran did speak of two blasts on a trumpet in the last day or day of judgement. I wonder if they are connected in some way?

Both the Bible and Quran seemed to leave a lot of clues deliberately. So neither the Bible nor the Quran says that nothing will come after Christ or Muhammad but do speak of ‘events’ that will occur afterwards and ‘give clues’.

I suppose that’s why Christ said to watch and pray because if we ignored the ‘clues’ the ‘thief’ might come and go and we miss it.

Well I read of one interpretation of this. and it goes something like this…

The New Heaven and the New Earth are… Jesus and Mary… The New Adam and The New Eve.

There seems to be a lot more signposts in the Bible such as Elam and Paran, Seir, Sinal is clearly Moses. Then a new name would be new, probably not something we are already familiar with don’t you think?

The Quran has a lot of clues too especially for the day of resurrection also worth looking at.

that could be said every 100 years.

You sure about that? I don’t remember seeing cars or planes or spaceships, electricity, lights, iPhones, computers, televisions in any century but this age.

I don’t think somehow the Tablets given on Sinai to Moses were iPads!!!

Human advancement was in an almost straight line then sky rocketed in the mid 1800’s. For some strange reason it only happened at that time and not in the centuries before.

There were things like the wheel and fire but they can’t compare to a trip to the moon in a spaceship!!

Oh I’m quite sure thank you.
Someone from 100 years ago would have cars, fridges, planes, metal ships, telegraph, telephones, film, radio, machine guns, flushing toilets and a thousand other things that someone from 100 years earlier would not have had.

Yeah, every page just about impossible read, unless you are mesmerized by this bizarre cosmic poetry.
I spent a few weeks about 6 years ago having meetings with the Bahais in my city (who consisted of a total of three people). It didn’t take long to suss out that they are very slippery with their answers and try to be different things to different people. They say different things depending on the religion of whoever they are talking to. Quite similar to the Mormons. I wouldn’t be surprised if our Bahai friends here are on other websites saying very different things.
very tedious and a bit a of a fashion religion.

I don’t understanding what are saying, do you mean signs for the End of the world, or signs that there would be a Muhammad in the Bible ?
