John 14:8-9Jesus does say ‘My father and I are one’ and also says ‘my father is greater than I’
And also 'why thou callest me good there is none good but one that is Go?
Son of Man, bread of life, the way the truth and the life.
Consubstantial…
Now, if we were to say that we saw the Sun in two mirrors—one Christ and the other the Holy Spirit—or, in other words, that we have seen three Suns—one in heaven and two on the earth, that would be true. And if we were to say that there is only one Sun that would also be true.
That is my understanding of ‘the Father is in the Sun’.Not that God literally broke up into 3 pieces as there is only one God but the 3 in one is feasible using the above example.
So God is in every person’s or believers heart but He doesn’t break up into 2 billion pieces to do that but our hearts are like mirrors reflecting His Image. He is still within us in that sense.
8 Philip said, ‘Lord, show us the Father and then we shall be satisfied.’ Jesus said to him,
9 'Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and you still do not know me? 'Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father, so how can you say, “Show us the Father”?
In the site I gave earlier it will clear up any misconception one might have.
