Trump promised that Mexico would pay for the wall; it now looks like we will pay, and it will be for fencing and other structures. Trump was mistaken in his forecast. But it is unfair IMO to call that a lie.
There was nothing in the AHA that mandated a change in doctors. Obama was mistaken in his projection, but is it fair to call that a lie? Ditto on the savings? Savings against what? Current costs or projected costs in the absence of AHA?
