Thanks. I wouldn’t say he looks sad. They’re all the same character. I was just practicing with this guy. He’s supposed to be one of those more serious characters.

Neither. What I did was take a bunch of pictures I saw on deviantART, save them on my PSP, and use them as references. However, I don’t think I’ll be making an account there, considering some of the pictures on that site are not exactly up to moral standards.
 
😦 No new “Monster” on Syfy today. The series won’t be back til the 21st.

I’m watching “Strait Jacket” (OVA) now. The english dub has quite a well-known cast. Has anyone else seen this movie? The visuals feel like a cross between “Hellsing” and “Bio-boosted Armor” with a pinch of “Tokko.”
 
NikSomethingorother is running Dragonball Z as a ‘new series.’ :rolleyes:

I guess they can do that because they wrote new horrendous music themes and a first-ep ‘story thus far’ that the Japanese version thankfully lacks. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
 
This guy completely killed the Dragon Ball Z attachment I had

I origanlly thought this named belonged to Omega Shenron but I guess not. Even though this guy only took it as a stage name it still bothers me.

Other than that have you guys ever heard of this before? It’s a computer fighting game called MUGEN. In this game you can create your own characters and sprites. Plus some people rip sprites off of old games and use them (thought I doubt it’s legal but I don’t know if the companies really care).

Not that trump card again… Look, I am aware that I myself said I suffer from it but I found it rather disturbing to imagine when people are chanting “Mr. Satan! Mr. Satan!”

The Pheonix was also used a symbol of the occult, but it was also used to symbolize Christ. Does that mean I hate pheonixes?

On another note I drew a fight scene, but I don’t know if I am allowed to post those here. There’s no blood or foul language or anything really bad. I’ll just post a link instead.

It’s getting old. He differs from you. You want people to support your individual tastes? Extend the same courtesy to others.

Personally I lost interest in DBZ when they crawled inside Majin Buu’s intestines and never, ever, ever, EVER got out again.

No offense, but I’m not sure implying something is demonic is a judgment I attribute to “taste”.
 
Doesn’t matter if it’s in Japanese or not. It’s still disturbing. People looking at satan as if he is the protector of mankind. To even take it as a stage name is depraved, isn’t it?

Obviously, you have problem seeing things in context. Besides, will you just look at the guy? His design is hilarious enough in itself to be honest. :rolleyes:

I have some of the DBZ movies—I think that’s what they call him. He’s featured in one of the movies as a sort of phony winner of a martial arts tournament, so maybe the name is appropriate.

Do unto your brother as you would have him do unto you. And cut people with differing, NON-sinful tastes, some slack.

Have you thought about finding animated entertainment elsewhere? Judging from your last posts, you’ve shown evidence that you believe that some anime is demonic or used by demonic forces. Furthermore, it seems there are few animes that meet your moral standards. I’m curious why you are still interested in anime if you believe anime is either demonic or morally depraved.

Again with the trump card. I don’t think anime is “demonic” as dancelit said. I just think it has been used for that. That’s what I find disturbing.

I’m suprised you guys see nothing wrong with stuff like that. Why do you think we are catholics?
