Good luck!

Ugh…I hate back-to-back exams.

Luckily my courses this semester had their finals spaced out. I finished two last week and have a final after tomorrow and one on the 15th.

Great username!

I hope this thread was a good idea. It is not as lively as I hoped it would be, but, then again, I made it during a busy time for myself.

It is hard to say. I have not had much spare time lately, but I like watching lore and theory videos on the Legend of Zelda, Star Wars, and Naruto. However, I have only played two Zelda games, watched the Star Wars prequels and the early seasons of Star Wars the Clone Wars, and I have not finished the Naruto anime. So, I have only really a surface-level knowledge of these franchises and cannot really say which one I like the best. Probably Star Wars since the universe is just so big and there are a lot of stories you can tell in it that span genres. Hell, time travel and zombies are even canon in the Star Wars universe. Basically, you can put just about anything in it and it won’t feel out of place, provided you do it right.

Everyone is having so much more fun than me during this pandemic.

BTW, I’ve wondered what you do for a living. If you are comfortable disclosing that, that is.

Bum, slacker, unemployed. I write, but Amazon won’t let me publish a book without a bank account.

Well, at least you are in good company nowadays.

EDIT: So, what do you do all day when you are not at work?

I also study French for half an hour a day and pick blackberries. You can do what you love but still do something else, as well. My little sister (she is 17, she is the next to youngest) is very good at drawing and sells her pictures. But still does her school work. I’m glad she can draw, because I cannot.

Yeah, I haven’t been able to do something I love since middle school. I don’t think there is even something that I love because I’ve forgotten that feeling.

Out of curiosity, has anyone here watched the Netflix show Unorthodox? If you haven’t, you should! It’s four hours long and easily bingeable.

I saw it. Very interesting, wasn’t it? I believe @Pattylt has seen it too.

Yes, it was very interesting as I grew up within Orthodox Jewry and the Hasidic community is a bit strange even to us. Much of it was very familiar feeling but other parts were rather foreign, even to me!
