Oh, sorry, you’re talking about the “assuming the accounts are true” part. No, sorry, I missed that!
Haha. Well, I thought it odd that you asked me if I was assuming after I specifically wrote “assuming”. lol

It’s not part of the transcript - how could it be? How could Zimmerman tell them he was being stalked when he couldn’t see Martin? If you are being successfully stalked you don’t know the person is approaching you. Zimmerman was nearly back to his truck when he was attacked.
Zimmerman CLAIMS to be following Martin. I showed you the transcript where he admits as such.

Based on this, you determine that… Martin was following Zimmerman?

So why did Martin attack a bus driver?
Whats that have to do with the price of rice in China? Why is good question to Mr Zimmermans actions also. Why didn’t he read the 9mm manual?

So why did Martin attack a bus driver?
I don’t even know that that is true. Nevertheless, I relent to your onslaught of logic. Martin’s alleged ten day suspension for that incident means that Zimmerman acted in self-defense.

How about responding to what I have actually said?

I repeat this quote, because I have now posted the transcript twice. This is demonstrably false. Where did you get this?
Your quote means nothing.

Zimmerman:

It’s a home. It’s 1950 – oh, **, I don’t want to give it out – I don’t know where this kid is **[inaudible] [3:40]

You asked why he would punch someone for no reason. I pointed out he has a history of doing that - without needing a reason.

Pretty hard to see true at this point. Good thing there’s a court hearing “sometime” hey?

And then Martin ran away so fast that Zimmerman didn’t know where he was.

You have come to defend Geist’s statement. So show me HOW you support this statement
killer was leaving by getting into his vehicle when “victim” attacked him while was on the phone with 911.
If that was true, ya think the killer might have mentioned it to the 911 responder? What, he’s getting attacked and this is how the call ends:

Zimmerman:

Thanks.

911 dispatcher:

You’re welcome.

???

Gotcha. Well, I haven’t read the reports on that, but I will.
And then Martin ran away so fast that Zimmerman didn’t know where he was.
So your analysis of the events has:
  1. Zimmerman pursuing Martin,
  2. Martin running away from Zimmerman and out of sight,
  3. Martin running towards Zimmerman
How do you figure?

So he’s a criminal for not keeping a 911 operator on the line 24 hours a day? Do you do that?

Assuming the accounts which have been reported in this thread are true, then this is how I see it:
  1. Following someone wasn’t a prudent thing to do, but lack of prudence isn’t a crime.
  2. The above lack of prudence on the part of Zimmerman was in no way justification for Martin to attack.
  3. Once Martin attacked Zimmerman (and we’re not just talking about knocking down and running or anything), Zimmerman was justified in shooting in self-defense to save his own life which was threatened.
Excellent.

So he’s a criminal for not keeping a 911 operator on the line 24 hours a day? Do you do that?
Excuse me! No. That is not what I said.

Geist claimed that Zimmerman was “attacked” while on the phone with the 911 operator. There is no evidence of that in the transcript. None.

What I find incredibly sad is this kid was a thug at 17.
Where the heck were his parents in his life?

His twitter feed is disgusting. He was a thief, probably selling drugs and a thug.

I am a single mom whose son is 19. Over my dead lifeless body would my son go down this path.

His parents failed him. Then trademark his name after the fact. Disgusting.

Sadly, odds are this kid would have ended up dead or in prison regardless of George Zimmerman.

What do you expect from a society that views a child as a lump of cells and not a precious gift from God.

Hug your kids, folks.
:sad_yes:

Well I guess the “other” 75% of America see’s it “exactly” opposite. They are probly wrong and have the facts incorrect though. Who knows what the facts are at this point.

Do you think Zimmerman would be called a "white’ hispanic if he did something of high caliber? White serves to feed the flames of journalism.

Parents failed him? Listen now we were all 17 at some point. Did you do everything your parents told you when they were not around? No sinners all Saints?

Gotcha. Well, I haven’t read the reports on that, but I will.

  1. Zimmerman pursuing Martin,

Your account:
  1. Zimmerman pursuing Martin,
  2. Martin running away from Zimmerman who chases and confronts him,
  3. Martin punches Zimmerman and both are transported by a rip in the space-time
    continuum back to Zimmerman’s truck.
    🤷
My account
  1. Martin sees Zimmerman watching him from a vehicle
  2. Martin sees Zimmerman is on his phone and runs from him.
  3. Zimmerman attempts to follow him on foot but is advised not to by 911 operator
  4. Zimmerman loses sight of Martin returns to his truck,
  5. Martin circles around and stalks Zimmerman from behind while Zimmerman continues conversation with 911 operator. Martin probably hears Zimmerman is talking police and is angered by it.
  6. Zimmerman puts phone away as he approaches truck and Martin confronts him then attacks him.

Parents failed him? Listen nowm we were at 17 at some point. Did you everything your parebts told you when they were bot around? No sinners all Saints?
“Parents failed him” is to strong but trademarking his name is odd…but profitable.

Do you think Zimmerman would be called a "white’ hispanic if he did something of high caliber? White serves to feed the flames of journalism.
Bizaar isn’t it. However theres not much love their between the Black and Hispanic communitys either. If fact the white community gets on better on both sides of the board. Thats been my personal experience truth be told.
