I voted for Trump. I won’t again. Not after what I’ve seen. Nor will I ever vote for any Republican that supports him.

I started believing he will be impeached after the inauguration. Not before.

That high crimes phrase you point out. How come you left out the misdemeanors part ?

I’ll review the electoral map while you review the Constitution of the United States.

He could fulfill those official obligations just as well in Washington, which is used to providing for a President, rather than putting 200 people at Latana Airport out of work, which is what his weekends are doing.

So my saying that Obama (D) ought to have and the Trump (R) and future presidents ought to rein in the costs of the Secret Service, in part by making a few sacrifices, makes me a rioting leftist?

Just a hunch. I’m no expert on law or the Constitution.

But it sure does seem that his conflicts of interest are increasing. And I see a lot of posters here harping on Obama and his vacation and expenses due to them. Trump going to Florida isn’t the issue here. The issue is his family members costing taxpayers all this money dealing with Trump family businesses.

In my opinion that is a huge conflict of interest.

Conflicts of interest is a possibility.

I honestly think there’s like a 50/50 chance that this orange carnival barker of a President is impeached sometime in the next four years. He has the impulse control of a toddler after a gallon of Red Bull.

This is merely due to the fact that they have to be protected by the Secret Service. The Trump family has business ties all over the world, and it has to attend to them. It is not their fault that the family members of the President all have to be protected by the Secret Service, that the agents have to follow them wherever they go, and that everything must be secured for them. Is is costly? Yes. But it’s not like the Trump children are simply jetsetting all over the world on the government dole. They are living their normal lives, and because they are so visible, the cost falls down to the taxpayer.

Yet, with Trump’s tax cuts coming soon, I really don’t care.
 
We had 8 years of ignoring the immense costs of the Obama family’s extensive travels. That just leaves us ignorant.

Very strange winter. Seems across the midwest too it has been up and down and Palm Beach has had a lot of 80s above normal with some 70s scattered in.
